Roomy, clean, the bathroom, that it had a washer.
Location. Questionable odor (from the drain?) as we left the door. Graffiti. About 10 minute walk from the nicer parts of Avignon. 2nd ‘terrace’, outside the bedroom (had to find it) was a high-walled small area that people above could look into.

It was very well appointed and the kitchen facilities were very nice. It was also nice to have a secure patio to store our bicycles on.
We found the neighbourhood quite undesirable. It was quite a long walk to most of the main attractions, and it was very difficult to navigate the neighborhood. It was also quite a ways from any of the grocery stores. More importantly, the neighbourhood did not feel safe, with quite a bit of evident alcohol use, drug use, some sketchy characters, and human faeces in the streets. Also, we found the instructions on how to get into the property, quite confusing, as some important details were not in the welcoming email, but you had to press on a link that you could only get if you had cellular data. Information about Wi-Fi and essential information about how to get in was only available once you got in. The concierge servicewas not much help here.
