Good place to stay

Very nice and tastefully decorated apartment, situated on a central, though quiet place in the middle of Avignon. Helpful host who reacted directly on our messages. While on the ground floor, it was easy to store our bicycles in the apartment.

kitchen equipment was very simple. We missed a water cooker and tea can.

Such a warm welcome in a beautiful place

We really enjoyed our stay! Kathy and Saad were super kind, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we had a question. The apartment is beautifully decorated, cozy, and very clean. The location is ideal – close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Everything was exactly as described, or even better. We felt very comfortable and would definitely return without hesitation!

The owner seems to be a nice guy.

Worst appartment I ever stayed in. Furniture is old, beds are awfull, the windows are broken and you can here everyone talking from the road. In general it seems like an old prison or the Adams family appartment. This is not an 8+ appartment — ratings are probably fake.

Excellent property 5 min walking from all main attractions

- Excellent property with all that you need - We were a group of 5 and we slept very confortable in three double sofa beds + 1 double bed in separate room - Very central location 5 mins walking to the Palace of Popes - A lot of restaurant and supermarket in walking distance - There is a strong lavender smell in the room if you do not like this smell tell in advance so they remove the lavender decoration

- Check out is rather early at 10 am

Good facility in Avignon

The apartment was roomy and was designed to hold as many as six people. The bathroom is large & the shower works well.

I was originally confirmed for a different apartment, but then told I was assigned to this one. When I arrived, there was a double bed in the bedroom, no closet or drawer space. the two sofas in the main room were both made up as beds: folded out with sheets & duvet & pillows. I had the distinct feeling that I had been reassigned to this apartment for the convenience of the owners. There is a washer, but the dryer is locked & guests are not allowed to use it. I mention that because I thought the description mentioned a dryer. The owner says that the apartments are all within 300m of each other, but Google maps calculates the walking distance between the originally confirmed apartment & this one to be 500m. Also, the original apartment is much closer to what I wanted to see (which is why I selected that one!) & a nicer neighborhood - no spray-painted graffiti on the building walls. I was disappointed.

Excellent value and in a fabulous location

The location was excellent. Right in the heart of the old town. The apartment was spacious and exceptionally clean. Dog friendly too which was a bonus. The owner was excellent with communicating about arrival times, where to park the car and other general enquiries. Would highly recommend. We parked at l’Oratoire. Worth noting that you pay at the barrier on actually leaving the car park. It was a bit confusing as they still have machines on the different floors which were taped over so was a bit confusing. It was nearby to the apartment so would use again.

We'd stay with them again, happily!

Kathy and Saad were SOOOOO kind and accommodating to our family; one of us was feverish, so we had to make adjustments, and they couldn't have been more considerate. They are wonderful, hospitable hosts. Locations couldn't be better, allowing for walking to everywhere one could want in the inner, walled city. Too, both apartments where we stayed were tastefully and whimsically decorated, and both kitchens were well appointed, allowing us to actually cook meals!

We were a little chilly during one cold day, and the pillows weren't that great for sleeping. Getting into the building worked out, but if we hadn't had cell data (and 3 of 4 of us didn't) it would have been tricky, as it required calling.

Saad answered any questions I asked by message promptly. He attended to the problem with the door lock on the apartment as promptly as he could.

The address given on Booking.com was not the apartment we were allocated - I realised that they had more than 1 apartment but I assumed that we had booked the apartment as shown in the photos.

Great location. Easy walk from Palais du Pape parking station (follow the road not the stairs!). Very easy check-in. We requested a cot and it was in the room when we arrived. Kitchen was well equipped for a short stay.

We stayed in the thick of winter and it was incredibly cold and windy. The heating was really only just enough. The apartment is tiled throughout - a rug on the floor in the living room and/or in the bedroom would make it a bit cosier.

The apartment is really in the very heart of the old town.

There were altogether 3 beds in the apartment, however none of them was wider than 140 cm which is not comfortable for two people, accordingly we were unable to sleep together with my wife.
