Lively stay in Avignon apartment.

The location was excellent only two blocks from Les Halles. There are a lot of food and drink options in the neighborhood. The apt is right off of a Rick Steves Avignon walk. The owners are fabulous. there are four beds in the apartment although we only used two. It’s very clean and it’s in a really cool building complex

it’s on the first floor and windows look out into narrow street which is more like a alley. We kept the shutters closed much of the time. the courtyard has lighting but it is not motion activated. you have to push a button to activate them.

Amazing location with cute decor, but I wouldn’t stay again in December.

Great location and the host was very responsive.

We were a family of 5, but the water heater was only large enough for 1 hot shower, leaving the rest of us to shower in the cold. We stayed in December during a cold spell and the apartment was drafty and chilly. The heat couldn’t be adjusted from within the apartment. The host was very responsive and turned the heat up to high, but the main room where our children slept was still chilly.

Superb

Kind owners and a comfortable place. The communication was very good and everything was well arranged. The kitchen had everything we needed, the place was cosy and warm. We prolonged our stay for one more night.

The bathtub doesn't close, so you can only take a shower...

Disappointing

The location is very central, a lot of shops and restaurant are close by. The flat is located in a very old building with a lot of charm.

The appartment needs a lot of maintenance, light bulbs need to be replaced, the heater makes a lot of noise. The chabby chick charm is rather chabby than chick. It also needs a thorough cleaning. Hygiene is not up to standard. The location of the flat is on the ground floor with all windows opening on a small street. In winter time this is not a problem, but in summer probably very noisy. Instructions in the flat are probably addressed to party making airbnb customers and do not fit to the missing hygiene. We wouldn’t rent this flat again.

Good location in the quiet old town area. Located in old mansion full of characters. There is a bathtub! (but no bathtub plug). Complete set of utensils and cooking facility.

Noise from the heating system can be heard in the bedroom

Appartement très bien situé par rapport au restaurant, site à visiter, gare, magasin. Facile d'accès à pied. L'appartement est confortable, à toutes les commodités, propre. Les propriétaires sont disponibles, réactifs, à l'écoute et très gentils. Je recommande vivement.

Problèmes de Confort : Maison Froide, Eau Chaude Limitée et Absence de Tapis

1- La maison été froide surtout pour notre bébé ( il n'y avait pas de couverture pour elle) le chauffage allumé à 8h du soir et éteint à 8h du matin 2- L'eau chaude été limitée 3- Pas de tapis au sol et le sol été un peut sal.
