Great location for old town

Fantastic location, perfect for exploring the old town. 3 separate beds for us & our teenage kids, which is not easy to find in older apartments. It was very clean, well equipped & easy to access the building.

Bedrooms were roasting hot in August (air con unit needed in the bedroom!) + streets outside very noisy so we couldn’t open the windows. Sleep was difficult!

Cozy apartment for small group in the heart of Avignon, recommended.

Perfect location near Palais des Papes around charming streets, cafés, restaurants & shops. You'll need some walk from parking spaces plus effort to bring large bags up the stairs, but I prefer a little discomfort over a small hotel room and rather get a spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen and clean facilities. Definitely recommend for three, I guess for two couples too.

Fridge could be bigger, shower slightly larger too. Nothing uncomfortable.

Facility not well maintained

The facility is not well maintained. The shower is not functioning.

The cold water switch of the shower is not working. There is only hot water. Texted message to the owner and the problem is not fixing during 3 days stay. I had to make it minimum working by myself.

Great experience in a cosy and spacious apartment

The apartment is very spacious, cosy and full of light. We were traveling as a group of three, and each of us had some privacy. The beds were huge and super comfy, and the convertible sofa was a great asset, too. The AC and the heating system managed to heat up the whole place, in spite of high ceilings, which was especially important given the season (we stayed here at the beginning of march). The kitchen is well-equipped for both short and longer stays. Overall, a great experience.

The shower is located in between the living room and bedroom, which might not be ideal for some people, but we personally had no problem with that.

Lovely flat with good quality bed linen and lots of amenities. Amazing location. Comfortable lounge area.

It's not really a second bedroom, and I would recommend it for a couple with a child. We booked for three people but there wasn't any linen for the sofa bed, so two of us unexpectedly shared a bed 😆

nice French appartement with perfect location

Location is perfect just 2min from all the main places. Easy to find, easy access with code, very clean entrance, calm place. Cosy, has its French spirit, lots of lights and air, we’ll equipped kitchen, nice and useful owner.

it’s says 2 bedrooms. it’s actually a bedroom with double bed and a mezzanine with double bed - excess from this bedroom. I think it’s perfect for family with kids as us, but can be not very comfortable for two couples of friends. In the living room you also have 2 unfold sofas.

Supercentraal, maar helaas niet schoon.

Locatie fantastisch (al betekende dat wel een erg onrustige nacht dankzij rumoer op straat, we waren er tijdens het theaterfestival). Parkeren voor 20€ voor 24 u op drie minuten lopen. Appartement op tweede verdieping, originele indeling met een vide. Contact via booking prima en check-in ook, allemaal contactloos.

Wij hebben het al niet schoon ervaren. Ook hing er een zware schoonmaakmiddelgeur. Omdat het warm was (er is alleen in de woonkamer airco) hadden we de ramen open en daardoor veel onrust van de straat. Maar goed, dat weet je natuurlijk in het centrum.

Appartamento elegante, posizione centralissima, proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Il parcheggio Palazzo dei Papi è a 5 -7 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Consigliatissimo!

Bien situé en centre ville pour se balader à pied.

Parking auto éloigné, zone piétonnière donc compliqué d'accès en voiture. Cage d'escalier sale, odeurs de cigarette dans le logement et sur les serviettes de toilette, matelas de la chambre très inconfortable, vitres du logement opaques non nettoyées. mauvaise évacuation de l'eau dans la douche et lavabo.

Ottimo appartamento nel cuore di avignone

Bellissimo appartamento molto luminoso e nel cuore di avignone. Zona living molto accogliente e luminosa con divano letto perfetto per la notte. Camera con soppalco un pochino scomoda per l'accesso con scala ma offre 2 posti letto in più. Arredo moderno molto apprezzato.

La scala a chiocciola dell'immobile è poco pratica con le valigie,ma non dipende dall'host ovviamente. Mi sarebbe piaciuto un frigo più grande anziché il piccolo frigo in cucina...comunque il frigo è molto efficiente ed ha un piccolo freezer.

Séjour agréable, très bon rapport qualité/prix

L'emplacement est idéal, au centre de la vie culturelle d'Avignon. Le rapport qualité/prix (en février) est excellent. Nicolas est disponible et arrangeant. La solution de consigne (gratuite, non sécurisée) nous a bien arrangée, merci !

On entend un peu de bruit de la rue la nuit, mais lié à l'emplacement très central.

Sûrement parfait en été !

Le situation du logement est parfaite, nous étions proche du théâtre. Le logement était propre, c'était agréable.

Le logement était glacial à notre arrivée, et le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Malgré un appel a l'hote, nous n'avons pas réussi à avoir une température de confort agréable, heureusement que nous ne passions pas la soirée sur place !

Completo y céntrico

Ubicación ideal, está en el centro. El apartamento está totalmente equipado, tiene aire acondicionado y algún radiador. Desde el primer momento el anfitrión nos ofreció opciones para aparcar y nos dio los códigos para entrar.

Edificio muy antiguo, el aire acondicionado y el radiador no fue suficiente para calentar el apartamento, hacia frío. El cuarto de baño no tenía ventilación. Las camas no cómodas, hacían ruido al moverse y despertaban al resto de personas.

L'hôte nous a permis de nous décharger de nos valises avant l'heure d'entrée dans l'appartement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ! Merci encore! Tout était propre et bien rangé. Les produits de bases ne manquaient pas. La literie très confortable.

Bell'appartamento in pieno centro ad Avignone, curato e spazioso.

Posizione centralissima, a cinque minuti a piedi dal Palazzo dei Papi. Appartamento ampio, confortevole e con ottima dotazione di utensili da cucina. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di vino come benvenuto.

L'appartamento si trova al termine di una scala a chiocciola molto ripida, fate attenzione se si trasportano bagagli pesanti. Una delle due camere da letto è soppalcata, potete utilizzare eventualmente il divano letto nel soggiorno. Il bagno è uno spazio aperto tra la zona notte e il soggiorno. Non tutti gli asciugamani sembravano puliti. Il parcheggio in zona può essere difficile.
