Just small problem. The little bed for kids is too soft and not suitable for adults (not recommend for adults who want to sleep alone.)

Roomy and comfortable property that’s is very well presented.

The location was superb and although it was our fist time in Avignon the directions to the parking were excellent.

No oven was the only disappointment but we were able to make do.

The Best Stay of All Time

Everything was great: the location (in front of the Palais des Papes and steps from le Pont d’Avignon), the size, comfort, decoration and convenience of the apartment. Our host, Myriam, was fantastic. She not only met us to show us where to park but also helped us solve the problem we had with our car rental.

Absolutle nothing to dislike (except maybe one of the pillows).

Best appartment ever!

Best appartment during our whole stay in France! After a week of high floor, no lift, no A/C appartment in the other cities, we had our best living experience in Avignon with this lovely appartment. We can finally sleep and rest well under the 40° weather in Province. The appartment has everything you need, and big space including the bedrooms. Location is also perfect, when you open the door you have the Palais des Papes in front of you. Myriam is such a good host, she waited for us in front of the parking, and gave us the parking badge so we had free parking during our stay. Definitely will come back for our next trip in Avignon one day.

The hostess was amazing. Met us to show us exactly where to park. The apartment is just steps away from the parking lot and the Popes palace. It is the perfect location. The apartment is spacious, clean and very large. It has AC in the rooms and a well equipped kitchen. Also has multiple bathrooms. If you are coming to Avignon, there isn’t a better place to stay!

Superb apartment, location and host!

It’s a lovely apartment with spectacular views across the square towards Palais des Papes and the Cathedral. It’s busy during the day so you feel in the centre of things but amazingly quiet at night. Our host was so welcoming and helpful - she organised a taxi to pick us up from outside the apartment to take us to the station - she made everything so easy for us. The apartment is really well equipped and comfortable beds. There was even a lovely free concert just across the square in our last night! Highly recommend and good value for money.

Perfect location and a cozy, homey place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is excellent, right iin the city center, which made it very convenient for exploring the area. The parking garage is just a 2-minute walk away, which was perfect for us as we were traveling by car. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Our host was very welcoming and responsive, always quick to answer our questions and thoughtful in helping us during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Excellent position in Avignon

The property was in an excellent position and was very large. It was quirky. Myriam tried to make it homily, which was lovely.

The second shower was a hand held shower in the bath. We weren’t used to this kind of option, but it worked fine.

A beautiful apartment with a lovely host in an excellent location

The apartment is beautifully furnished, spacious, airy, and comfortable. Myriam welcomed us warmly, was responsive and informative, and it was a pleasure to meet her. The layout of the apartment is very convenient with 2 toilets and a separate shower. Parking garage is steps away, another convenience. Location is excellent.

Spacious and full of natural light. Comfortable to sit with friends and discuss the day and plans for the next. Exquisitely clean with comfy beds.

A fantastic apartment for a larger family or group, great position, wonderful host

Our host was fantastic, very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. Apartment is huge, great for a family of 4. Washing machine, dryer, two bathrooms and good kitchen. Excellent value for money. Position was unbeatable- right across the Palais des papes. Free parking a bonus too.

Very nice accommodation that is well located. Would stay again.

Host met us at the parking garage entrance and gave an access key that allowed entry and at no charge for us to park. The stroll to the room from the garage is only 1 minute and on level ground. The apartment is a little dated, but overall quite spacious and fully appointed. Given the price, outstanding location, gracious host, and the fine accommodations, I highly recommend.

No central AC, but the room units really kept the bedrooms cool to sleep comfortably. The beds were just ok. Linens might be upgraded as they were a bit coarse.

Myriam, our host, was outstanding. She was lovely, pleasant and helpful. She humored me by letting me speak to her in French (not my first language). Myriam even gave me a ride to pick up my rental car and assisted me with the process by leading me back to the apartment once I picked up the car. So helpful!! The apartment was in a wonderful location, right next to the Pope's Palace and a bevy of restaurants. The apartment was spacious, spotless and well equipped with coffee, and other necessary items (sugar, spices).

A home away from home - just better

Where to start? The location, as it says in the name, is exactly opposite of the Popes' Palace. You step out of your door, and you're standing right at the foot of the breathtaking UNESCO world heritige, that is the 14th century palace of popes of Avignon. Want to visit the world famous brigde? You're just a flight of steps away. If you're worried that a place this central must be noisy, don't be! We were staying there during the famous Festival d'Avignon, and we slept like babies. The bedrooms are located in the back of the apartment, with windows to an inner garden and the stairs, so they're further away from the square, and they're separated by two doors from the living room, and the livingroom windows keep the voices out quite well anyways. So you can get a good night's sleep, but when you're in the living room, you can open the door, sit on the sofa and feel like you're on the VIP section of the square. Our hostess was very flexible. We both arrived and left early, but she managed. She even woke up early to wish us good bye. The house had everything you need. The washing machine and the dryer made it easy for us, to pack lightly for our 11 day trip in south France. The kitchen had all the things you could dream of, and more. The house is modern, it even has USB plugs to charge your phones. And motion activated night lights, so you don't trip on your way to the bathroom at night. I almost forgot to mention, that there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, and two toilets, one separate, and one in one of the bathrooms. Every room is beautifully and tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. Wondering about the heat in south France? Sometimes it's really hot, but not here! They even have air conditioning, which we didn't even need, because the house was calm all day.

There's absolutely nothing not to like, except for the fact that eventually you have to leave.

Wonderful hosts making you feel at home in their splendid appartment

Myriam and Christian are dedicated, wonderful hosts, very eager to solve language and other problems for their guests. Located in the heart of Avignon, this spacious apartment is elegantly and tastefully furnished. The parking card provided by the hosts for the underground car park under the square is an ingenious and comfortable solution.

Nights are quiet for the bedroom facing the courtyard, unfortunately not always for the bedroom facing the Rue Pente Rapide. In summer nightly light shows of the Tourist Office sometimes attract a crowd of people who fabulosly entertain themselves in loud conversation until early morning hours.

Wonderful host and fabulous location

The location is superb and the apartment is spacious, super clean and very comfortable. Everything works perfectly. Myriam is a fabulous host and she went above and beyond. She picked us up from Nimes train station when we were stranded with a train strike, ordered a taxi for us when we were leaving and gave us many great recommendations of places to eat. We will definitely stay in this apartment next time and highly recommend it. We are a family with 2 teenage children.
