About this house rental

Very bright house of 65 m2 with 30 m2 terrace not overlooked. Garden furniture, deckchair, table of 2.20 m, parasol, blinds outside. Large bay window with shutter. Air conditioning, wifi, flat screen. 140 beds in each room. Sofa 2 mezzanine seats. Bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer. Open plan kitchen. 2 leather sofas in lounges.
Oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Possibility rental of linen.

In September 2024 we had a wonderful stay in Myriams house in Avignon. The house is near to the Old Town of Avignon (just a few minutes to go), and the house is awful! Myriam organized a parking for the car on the neighbours ground so we didn't have any trouble by searching a parking. The layout of the rooms is fantastic, and the apartment is lovingly furnished. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. And Myriam is a great hostess, we got along splendidly. Myriam had an open ear for all questions. We are seriously considering coming back, which we don't usually do...

We stayed at this place based on the patio photos and it did not disappoint! The patio was large, lovely, well-appointed with recliners, table, and chairs. It was also very quiet and private. The walk into central Avignon was surprisingly short--10 minutes max. The only issue is regarding people who are older and have mobility problems and need railings. There are none to the upper level in the apartment where the shower is. An excellent location to explore Avignon, however, and we would recommend this place strongly.
