Location good but be mindful of stairs.

Location was good

Very steep stairs. Very small kitchen. No railing for stairs going up. Bathroom only on top floor with fire escape like staircase.

Nice & clean at great locale but beware-steps are wicked!

This was a great location and we loved the rooftop terrace (although the terrace could have been cleaner)

Wicked steps! Clients should know that this residence is on the top floor with 60+ spiral steps; mostly without a railing. Should be noted that you can only access the bathroom and sleeping area by using the iron spiral stairs in the photo! Handicapped persons Beware!

Very nice property, not practical for children

The location was absolutely fantastic and the property was spacious and did have everything we needed

When we arrived, the key was not in the box where it was supposed to be and did take quite awhile to sort out before giving us a code for the master key box although we didn’t feel comfortable knowing that somebody else had a key to our property that we were staying in Also it wasn’t very clean. It was very dusty especially the kitchen lastly although this property allows children it’s not recommended due to the bathroom being up a very tight viral staircase made of metal and the entrance to the bathroom being just at the top of the stairs very dangerous for young children But for adult adults it was absolutely fine

Very nice and comfortable apartment just in centre of Avignon. Quiet street and really nice balcony. Easy to access and well equipped. Location is perfect and apartment itself stylish and beautiful!

We really liked the location and how clean it is.

Great location! The view from the terrace is awesome. Comfortable bed, clean place.

You‘ve gotta squat to take shower, kind of funny I would say, but worked for us. There are very small and narrow stairs to get to the second floor of the apartment (not recommended for people with low mobility and children).

Emplacement magnifique ! Appartement très agréable pour un couple avec deux enfants de 7 et 10 ans. Nous avons aimé le côté romantique et la décoration soignée de ce logement. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire, très réactif.

Ein wunderschönes Apartment in allerbester Lage! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die sofort reagierten!

Es fehlte ein bisschen hier und da, Geschirrspülmittel beispielsweise. Es wäre super gewesen, wenn davon etwas da gewesen wäre! Vielleicht wurde nicht alles komplett aufgefüllt. Für uns hat es trotzdem alles super gepasst! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Danke:)

Винтовая лестница без перил. Это надо учитывать при путешествии с детьми и с багажом.

İçerideki merdiven çok dar olmasa her şey çok iyi

Çok merkezi konumda,her yere ulaşım kolay. Temizlik çok iyi . Terası manzaralı ve ferah

İki katlı olduğu tesisin tanıtımında belli değildi . Üstelik yatak odası banyo ve tuvalet üst katta ,bu kata çıkan merdiven çok dar ve dik, itfaiyeci merdiveni gibi.Kilolu bir kişinin çıkması mümkün değil. 65 yaşında bir çift olarak çıktık ama çok kolay olmadı . Ayrıca apartman merdivenleri de dar , tutunacak yer yok gibi . Bunu bilerek kiralama yaparsanız başka sorun yok

Eigentlich ist die Wohnung unvermietbar.

Die Wohnung ist direkt im Zentrum, sehr nah am Papst Palast.

Eigentlich hat uns nichts gefallen. Das fing an mit den Vermietern, die wir nie gesehen haben. Wir bekamen ein Code für die Tür und einen Code für einen Schlüssel Kasten. Der Eingang zum Apartment liegt in einer sehr dunklen Seitengasse und für eine Frau wäre das Ganze sicherlich unangenehm. Dann kommt man in das Hau und muss eine sehr enge und Steile Treppe hoch. Jedes Gepäckstück, dass großer ist als ein Rucksack oder ein kleiner Trolly kann nicht nach oben gebracht werden. In der Treppe sind dann noch Überhänge eingebaut, an denen man sich den Kopf stößt. Beim Betreten der Wohnung sind dann einige Stolperfallen in Form von kleinen Absätzen eingebaut. Wenn man im Treppenhaus noch dachte, enger geht es nicht, dann wurde man in der Wohnung eines besseren belehrt . Zum Schlafzimmer geht eine Wendeltreppe, durch die ich mich (190 groß und 120kg) quetschen musste, aber selbst mein schlanker Freund kam dort nicht mit einer kleine Reisetasche durch! Oben ist dann ein schöner Balkon, aber beim Öffnen der Toilettentür kommt dann der nächste Klaustrophobie Anfall. Der Raum hat genau die Breite der Toilette, wirklich nicht mehr und ca. 50 vom Tiefe. Für mich war es unmöglich eine Hand an meinem Körper vorbei nach hinten zu führen und auch die schlankeren kamen nicht an ihr eigenes Hinterteil. Das „Badezimmer“ ist ohne Tür in einer. Nische mit Schräge. Aufrecht stehen schwierig. Keine Dusche, aber ein Wanne, die nur im Sitzen zu nutzen ist, da nur Zwerge dort, wegen der Schräge, stehen könnten. In der Küche gab es 2 Weingläser für die Vermietung an 3 Personen. Und auch sonst war die Ausstattung äußerst spärlich. Alles in allem eigentlich „unvermietbar“!

Ubicación // bonito pero no apto para personas mayores, niños, problemas con movilidad // buen aire acondicionado // anfitrión amable

No tiene ascensor y tiene una escalera caracol complicada para subir con maletas. En el apartamento hay otra escalera caracol para subir al cuarto y al baño súper estrecha que no se puede subir la maleta. Baño wc muy estrecho y en la ducha no puedes estar de pie y hay k sentarse en bañera // no estar preparado para llevar bicis.

Bien placé, très beau et confortable !

L'appartement est vraiment super bien placé, à 30 mètres du Palais des papes. Il est calme et lumineux, les literies (y compris le canapé lit) sont très confortables, la terrasse est incroyable. En plus, l'hôte a été très arrangeant avec nous, et hyper réactif. On est reparties ravies du week-end, on espère bien revenir !

Merveilleux appartement pour parcourir la vieille ville d'Avignon !

L'appartement est vraiment très beau, très confortable et la terrasse exceptionnelle (vue toute proche sur le Palais des Papes !). Il est idéalement placé dans le centre historique d'Avignon.

Ce n'est pas forcément un problème pour tous, mais il faut noter que l'appartement n'est pas accessible en voiture (zone piétonne). Et le petit escalier en colimaçon pour rejoindre la chambre peut être délicat, même si cela ne nous a personnellement pas dérangés.
