Charming apartment central to old town

Thomas was extremely helpful, met us and guided us to the apartment. Super central to explore the old town. Also provided an excellent recommendation for dinner. Apartment is on 2 floors, 3 flights up. Great view from balcony. Loads of charm.

Narrow staircase to carry suitcases up, but Thomas provided extra muscle. Great stay

The house is very nice and the owners managed to organise it in such a way that offers a cozy experience when arriving.

The fact that it is on the 3rd floor and requires a little bit of practice in reaching it.

Great location, clean, and well maintained.

We had our own kitchenette. Good location and easy to find from the train station. We met the owner on arrival who gave us the keys. Very clean, spacious and well maintained.

Nice, large room withnice kitchen in pedestrian zone.

Large room full kitchen, large shower.That's all I needed. The owner was incredibly gracious and helpful in helping us.Find the hotel despite the late hour.Because my GPS was not working well. My GPS completely failed to identify that the hotel was located in a pedestrian area and that driving. There was impossible. I spent hours attempting to drive to the Hotel only to get turned away by barriers and one way streets over and over again. I think I saw every street in Avignon that it was possible to drive on in my attempts to reach the hotel. The hotel is located just several steps off of one of the main streets and was very easy to find with google maps. The owner could not have been more helpful.. The room was clean while provision beds , comfortable and had a small t v. A Thomas, the host could not have been more helpful phone.And despite the late hour of our arrival was did everything he could to get us settled in. He also had a nice selection of maps and tourist brochures on the ground floor for his guests.

The The only thing that could improve my stay was knowing that the hotel was in the pedestrian zone and it was impossible to drive to.

Excellent place to stay in a GREAT location

Thomas was excellent. Coffee, dishes, fridge.

Having access to a copy of the excellent map of the neighbourhood that was posted inside the door would have been spectacular. That we chose to enter and exit the old city in a rental car was a bad decision but NOT at all your fault.

Everything was perfect. Very clean and comfortable, great location. Especially the host Thomas is so kind and helpful, he came to pick us up at the bus stop. I really recommend.

In the heart of historic Avignon

Tom was fantastic. He was both host and tour guide, ensuring that our stay in the facility and in Avignon were the very best possible. Our room was very spacious, with good environmental controls, and a well equipped kitchen. Decor was warm and bright.

Premier location! Perfect hub for travel!

Great location both in Avignon and as a hub to other attractions. Hosts were friendly and communicative and offered great advice on side trips. Would definitely stay again.

Great location in the middle of the old town. Easy walk from train station. Supermarket across street. Host was very friendly and helpful, we ate at a restaurant he recommended which was very good. Good communication with host before stay.

Good location, close to the historic centre and restaurants. Walking distance to the electric bus shuttle for transfer to free parking. Thomas was very helpful.

Fabulous location and very comfortable apartment with great view from the balcony

We arrived late but Julie met us at the property to show us around and helped us get our bags up the stairs. The view of Palace des Popes from the little balcony at sunset was amazing. Julie recommended a restaurant where we enjoyed having dinner. Julie also kindly drive us to pick up our hire care the next morning. It was a short but lovely stay. Highly recommended

The 3 flights of narrow stairs were difficult with bags but worth it when you saw the view from the balcony

Very comfortable, plenty of space, good facilities, convenient for shops, restaurants and right in Avignon old town. Really good communications with Thomas and Julie. Easy access to building and own area.

Strongly recommend Avignon and L'Oriflamme

The host met us personally, gave recommendations about restaurants, helped with a luggage. The kitchen is fully equipped. Apartments is very close to all the touristic places. To get into the room, you need to go along the steep steps

Free parking was far from the apartment. But there is a free shuttle that operates often, so it was not a problem.

A great location in the old town.

Clean, safe location 10 minutes walk from Papal Palace. Check in and contact with owners was very good. We had a problem trying to operate the hob . It is fitted at 90 degrees so the instructions on the wall don't make sense but Thomas was very quick to offer advice and provide a solution. The flat is quite large and well-equipped. Supermarket within 50m. Great shower.

Local pub noisy (Saturday night only - not the fault of the L'oriflamme owners).
