Nice studio close to the old town, great to explore Avignon

-Clean and centrally located -high pressure shower -well equipped kitchen -easy to find a parking spot in the neighbourhood -very responsive, flexible and friendly host

The illumination in the room could be improved to make the studio brighter (e.g. by adding a standing lamp)

neighborhood was bad, room was filthy, bath was filthy ,sheets were bad .

The owner does not speak a word of English and he shouts a lot. Not advised for international travelers.

Good location and communication. Unfortunate noise levels

-The kitchenette was helpful for coffees and making a hot breakfast and had everything we needed -The location was a short distance from the train station and entrance to the town -The proprietor was very friendly and you can tell is putting effort into getting this set up. Good communication. -Studio but space for us to sleep, eat, store large backpacks etc.

-There was no shower curtain so the bathroom floor was covered in water anytime we had a shower. -Noise levels last night from other unit was unbearable and this is the main reason for the lower score. Not even ear plugs worked. Very tired writing this review! I really wanted to like the place.

Logement sale, malodorant, vétuste et cher. Fortement déconseillé.

Il y a la clim.

Impression générale de saleté : draps usés et tachés. Le linge de lit et de toilette ne semble pas avoir été lavé (aspect, odeur). Odeur de tabac persistante dans tout le studio. Fenêtre minuscule et sans volet ni rideau occultant. La télévision ne fonctionne pas. Salle de bain minuscule, mal équipée : lave-main au lieu de lavabo, miroir en hauteur non utilisable, rideau de douche trop court. Equipements vétustes. Pas de gel douche. Toilettes sales (brossette WC à même le sol sans récipient !).
