Great place! Will come back again

Lovely host, Jalal is friendly and kind. The place was beautiful and quiet and had soundproofed ceiling. And its just a 7 min walk to the center.

All was good, just that one needs to be aware that they have to clean the dishes before leaving themselves.

Highly recommended- lovely stay!

The owner Jalal was super helpful and friendly. He guided us via Whatapp video how to find and access the apartment, which made check in really easy. The place is decorated with his own amazing artwork. It gives the apartment a special touch.It’s in a great spot too, 10 minutes walk to the Old Town, and having your carpark is very handy. Jalal was kind enough to drop us off at the train station in the morning- such great hospitality!

Nothing negative- just a small suggestion: a flyscreen would be useful so you can open the window for some fresh air without letting mosquitoes in. A teatowel in the kitchen and bathmat in bathroom would be handy

Very good stay, easy good parking, nice apartment, good value and love the artwork

Google maps guided us through the streets so took away any feeling of being lost-but great location, excellent easy parking, host talked through the entry and parking as we arrived which was great. Apartment was fine for the 2 of us. Good shower, kitchen, lounge and bedroom. Loved the artwork adorning the walls. Good chatting with the host on departure with some excellent advice on places to visit.

Not really bad things- just some helpful tips.There were a few insects around inside-mozzies I’d say -suppose not much the host can do-but it was quite hot inside so not an option to open windows. The fans do a pretty good job-explained to the host he should leave a sheet as an option instead of the duvet-it was hidden away. Also he should leave the power boards switched on that run the kitchen fan and other appliances.

A gem of a find for staying in Avignon

Jalal was an absolutely brilliant host he gave clear information regarding the access to the apartment and could not have been more helpful with suggestions on things to do or places to go. There was secure parking and everything you could wish for was in the apartment and all within a short walk of the walled city. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Absolutely brilliant. Spacious and colourful. Jalal’s art is stunning.

A spacious 1 BR apartment with private gated parking, and bright funky artwork throughout, and just a short walk into the old city

Unfortunately the apartment smelled like cigarettes throughout which is something that our whole family is very sensitive to.

Well located, artistic and comfortable place in Avignon

Very artistic and comfortable place. A crib was provided and there was a very well equipped kitchen which makes the place great for a stay with kids. The owner is very friendly and always responds in a timely manner.

There was no soap in the dispensers. The shower needs some more cleaning. There were some dirty mops in the toilet.

Superb

New and well equippped appartment on the groundfloor of a modern appartment house nearby the historical centre of Avignon. The appartment is designed as a gallery with a lot of 3D works on the walls. The owner is a nice and helpful guy. Parking is possible inside the premises, if there is a free parking lot.

There is no airconditioning in the appartment, so you have to sleep with windows opened. It is in fact no problem, but there are mosquitos (of course as the city lies on Rhone) and you can hear trains from the nearby train bridge, which is crossing the road next to the house.

very comfortable for a short stay and close enough to the City Center with easy access by car.

The decoration was really cool! and the apartment overall very comfortable. The bed and sofa-bed were great. The apartment has everything you would need to stay there comfortably. Parking was at the street but still easy to find close to the location.

A bit too hot, if they could leave a fan or even better put an air conditioner it would be great, that’s the only reason why is not a 10.

Tout était absolument parfait ! Et quelle merveille pour les yeux ! Petits et grands avaient le sourire à l'ouverture de la porte. Propre, bien équipé, confortable avec des literies de qualité. Très bien placé , inutile de prendre la voiture. Le bonus c'est le propriétaire qui est à l'image de son appartement : accueillant , agréable, original et tellement gentil ! Nous reviendrons !

Jalal e’ un proprietario molto gentile e disponibile in tutto, si vede che mette molta attenzione e cura verso gli ospiti. La casa è arredata con molto gusto e si possono apprezzare le opere d’arte del proprietario. La posizione è vicina la centro e il parcheggio interno e’ super comodo.

L’appartamento è al piano terra e affaccia su una corte condominiale vicino alla strada. Purtroppo essendo tutta la parete finestrata non c’è molta privacy se non chiudendo le tende, così facendo si è sempre al buio. Se si apre la finestra o la porta per far circolare un pochino di aria o far entrare la luce chiunque può vedere dentro. Il bagno e la camera sono senza finestre, per ma è risultato tutto molto claustrofobico. Per un giorno va benissimo per più giorni diventa un po’ pesante.

Tolle Unterkunft für ein unkomplizierten Besuch der wunderschönen Stadt Avignon!

Wir haben uns sehr kurzfristig entschieden einen Zwischenstopp in Avignon zu machen und haben erst abends um 19 Uhr ca. eine Stunde vor unserer Ankunft gebucht. Dies war überhaupt kein Problem. Jalal hat sich sofort gemeldet und Instruktionen gegeben. Er ist sehr freundlich und hat uns am nächsten Tag noch viele tolle Ausflugstipps gegeben. Von der Wohnung kann man in 10 Minuten in die wunderschöne Stadt spazieren. Das war perfekt. Wir würden hier wieder buchen!

位置很好距离古城很近周围还有大超市厨房里各种厨具餐具很齐全房间里很多房东自己创作的艺术品很不错小区停车也很方便入住虽然比较波折但也在视频电话加持下顺利解决问题房东很有耐心也很热情会推荐周边很棒的旅行目的地

床垫有点太软洗衣机如果带烘干功能就好了或者准备一个晾衣服的架子也可以

Wohnung ist den Preis nicht wert

Zentrale Lage zur Altstadt

KEINE Parkplatzgarantie trotz gegenteiliger Zusage in der Anzeige, muffiger Geruch, Wohnung ist dunkel und hellhörig und hat nur ein Fenster. Küche und Bad haben keine Fenster und keine Belüftung. Begrenzte Ablageflächen, der Kleiderschrank ist die Abstellkammer. Direkt um die Ecke der Wohnung verläuft eine Bahntrasse mit regem Güterverkehr. Das Bett ist sehr schmal, das Bettzeug klamm und muffig. Die Dusche und der Duschvorhang sind verschimmelt. Auf unsere Reklamation hin wurde uns unterstellt dass wir nicht einziehen wollten und dies als Ausreden nutzten. Sehr unerfreuliche Angelegenheit, wir haben eine andere Unterkunft gesucht und das ganze bei booking.com gemeldet.

Estancia de 10 en Avignon en un apartamento artístico!

Te sientes como dentro de una galería de arte. Es un lugar especial y se nota que está todo cuidado al detalle y con mucho gusto. Muy céntrico y con parking. Cómodo y limpio. Sobretodo resaltar la amabilidad de Jalal, el anfitrión. Muy simpático y servicial, además nos ha recomendado unos lugares preciosos para visitar! Sin duda volveremos y recomendamos el apartamento si queréis pasar unos días en la Provenza.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut gelegen. Auch das mit dem Parking im Innenhof hat geklappt. Das Einchecken erfolgte via WhatsApp-/- Kamera, mit Türcode und Schlüsseltresor. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht, von remote den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten

Un appartement unique en son genre, coloré, vivant, on se sent bien quand on y est. Et les œuvres, on ne peut qu admirer le travail de l'artiste qui est aussi le propriétaire. Et un propriétaire qui fait tout pour que l'on passe un super séjour.

La perfection n'existe pas, on va dire un peu le bruit du train, mais porte fermée, on entend rien.

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der uns umfassend informiert hat. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, außergewöhnlich eingerichtet und der Parkplatz dabei ist sehr hilfreich. Die Lage ist gut.

Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat, war die Toilette. Sie war zwar sauber, aber da das ganze Putzzeug dort untergebracht ist, nicht einladend. Das könnte man noch schöner gestalten. Ab und zu hört man den Zug vorbeifahren.
