Good flat in a great location. I recommend it.

Very central location, clean, good facilities. Helpful staff.

There’s a narrow, winding staircase - I had a large heavy suitcase and got stuck! I had to unpack it and carry things up separately.

Beware the parking police!

1.Excellent location in the centre of Avignon. 2.Very good service from our host Arnaud.

1.We received an infringement notice from the municipal police when we stopped outside the property to unload our luggage on arrival as per instructions received on booking.com. The instructions advised that we had 20 minutes to unload, but we got the infringement notice within 5 minutes. Arnaud, our host tried to persuade the police to stop the fine, but was unsuccessful. He therefore kindly gave us €35 in cash, which according to him, is what the fine will be when we eventually receive it in the post. 2. There is no lift to the property which is on the 2nd floor and the stairs are narrow and steep.

The apartment was in the old town close to restaurants and supermarkets. It was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Arnaud sent us information about check-in and things to do in the town well before we arrived.

There was a bit of traffic noise on Saturday night.

Superb

A lovely apartment in a central location, with many eating options around, plus a couple of little shopping markets. The host responded quickly to my messages and provided what I've asked for. Apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities needed and even more. Also number of electric sockets to charge your phone, camera, etc. Good value for money as well. I would choose this place again, when I come back to Avignon.

The shower cabin was a bit on a small side. When checked- in I found some rubbish in a rubbish bin in the bathroom. Some of the surfaces in the kitchen seemed a little sticky and not spottlesly clean.

The apartment is really comfortable and equipped with everything needed. It's located in the middle of Avignon. Everything needed is sent per email to access the door or Netflix and how to check out. We took a day trip to Marseille which was just 1,5 hours away. We really liked this apartment.

Would definitely stay again

Fantastic location for exploring Avignon and not far from the train station. Hosts were super helpful, quick to respond to my questions and even offered to carry my luggage up the stairs (though I managed fine myself). Great apartment with everything I need for a short break, including a nice tea selection.

There are roadworks at the moment but they were only noisy for small parts of the day when I was heading out sightseeing anyway.

The location is great, near the center; clean apartment with well equipped kitchen, nice size, easy to get into, flexible check-in with the key box.

As the apartment is located in the city center, so you could hear the noise from the street, especially Friday and Saturday evenings.

good location but you will not come back again

cheap and close to the downtown area

first thing you arrive at the area where you could feel not safe at all. you open the door then you will find out that it is almost like an abandoned building. the worst part is when you realize there is no elevator and you need to climb up on small staircase. after opening the door, the apart smells something but can’t tell what it is. the last thing is you are not sure if all the bedsheet and other stuffs were cleaned properly. well for this price, I can’t complain more

Studio très bien situé

j'ai pu accédé au logement facilement, il est bien équipé et le lit est confortable. Lee WIFI marche très bien. Le point négatif est le chauffage insufisant pour un jour si froid (il faisait 1 ou 2 degré dehors) mais j'ai apprécié d'avoir très rapidement deux couettes supplémentaires suite à ma demande téléphonique.

J'ai eu froid dans l'appartement pendant tout le séjour mais les couettes m'ont permis de dormir au chaud. L'appartement doit être très bien quand il fait moins froid
