The unit is very well located - close to the Square, and to many stores, restaurants, cafes and bars.
I wish I'd known that the central heating could actually be turned up! I found the unit to be really cold, but this was more to do with my not understanding how the various units in the apartment functioned! Having said that, perhaps the info pack should include details on how to operate the aircon, washing machine, central heating, etc. Aside from this, the wifi stopped working on the final day of my stay. Credit to the property management, who sent a technician out immediately. The issue was an area-specific, rather than a property related one. The stairs: there is no lift and there are several really narrow stairs, that need navigating. For an older person, who isn't necessarily physically well or fit, this won't work at all.

Fijne en lichte ruimte, goed bed. Goede locatie: centraal gelegen, maar niet in de grote drukte.
In het donker lastig te vinden, met verschillende gangen en trappen, maar goede beschrijving ontvangen.
Uitslapen is wat lastiger: het geluid van een naastgelegen middelbare school komt duidelijk binnen ‘s ochtends.

Die Lage der Wohnung und die Ausstattung war großartig. Nicht nur war man innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu Fuß mitten in der Stadt man könnte in der solide ausgestatteten Küche auch gut gemeinsam die Ding kochen die man vorher auf dem nah gelegenen Markt gekauft hatte.
Das Bett war bequem und die Unterkunft insgesamt ungewöhnlich geräumig.
Für den Sommer steht eine Klimaanlage zur Verfügung.
Achtung, obwohl es für uns kein Problem war muss gesagt werden, dass die Wohnung nicht barrierefrei erreichbar ist. Es sind wirklich einige Treppen zu steigen und Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen könnten hier an ihre Grenzen stoßen.
Einiges Manko war, dass die Heizung durch uns nicht angeschaltet werden konnte. Vermutlich haben wir die Bedienung nicht verstanden aber bei nur knapp 5 Grad in der Nacht und dünnen Decken wäre es schön gewesen heizen zu können.

Modern, clean apartment. Bedroom spacious, kitchenette/ living also enough room, bathroom also spacious but shower quite small. Shower could also do with an update. Had a few questions and owner was quick to reply.
STAIRS - there are a total of 80 stairs in order to get to the apartment. Most of them are in narrow, dungeon type walkways. Very difficult to go up & down with large, heavy suitcases.
