Clean apartment and nice host

A clean and convenient stay for a small group. The host is responsive and the apartment is very well equipped.

Parking around the apartment complex can be a bit difficult, but manageable.

Big space with two balconies, huge supermarket beside, easy to go to the airport with bus #944

Contact with the host is smooth. The location for going to the airport is convenient and there is a huge supermarket by 5 minutes walking. There are two balconies and good space in the apartment.

There is no microwave. The bed and pillows are soft. City Tax is very high, of course it is not the owners’ fault.

The apartment is quite suitable for a family of four.

The bedroom was very nice and orderly, the bathroom was good and clean, the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen ware, and there was an expresso machine stocked with good coffee. The apartment's location was also excellent, the bus stop was 1 min away from the apartment, and there is a giant supermarket right outside the property.

My biggest complaint was the sofa bed in the living room, which wasn't comfortable. I would suggest to the owner to get a new sofa, as it would massively improve the comfortnes of guests

Really nice experience

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa di Manolo. The location is very good, you can take the bus to the city center or you can even just walk there. You have a big supermarket in front of the building which is really useful. The apartment is really big and nicely looking. We had comfy beds, big balcony, coffee for the morning. The host is really nice, communicated at all times and helped us check in a bit earlier. Thank you!

Colazione accettabile. Posizione lontana dal centro città.

E' stato difficile reperire le chiavi perché sono arrivata di sera, davanti la porta d'ingresso era molto buio e non riuscivo a leggere i numeri per inserire la combinazione. Ho avuto momenti di panico ma per fortuna è sopraggiunta una coppia che, torcia in mano, mi ha aiutata.

Casa accogliente pulita con tutti i confort nelle vicinanze di trova tutto supermercati ristoranti e altro, il proprietario anche se non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere però e' sempre stato disponibile alle nostre richieste e al nostro arrivo in casa ci ha fatto trovare acqua in frigo macchinetta per caffè e merendine per la colazione ,abbiamo molto gradito se dovessi tornare a Bologna sicuramente tornerei qui

Il parcheggio e' situato sulla strada davanti casa e non e' sempre facile trovare posto comunque nelle vie vicine si trova sempre ,ma questo comunque non dipende dal proprietario e per me non influisce sulla valutazione della casa che e' eccellente

Apartament przestronny z balkonem i tarasem (widok na budynki obok). Wszystko co potrzebne w lokalu. Bezpłatny parking na okolicznych ulicach lub płatny w garażu podziemnym centrum handlowego. Market i centrum handlowe w pobliżu. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Perto do aeroporto, como pretendido!

O anfitrião podia contactar via whatsapp pois teria facilitado toda a comunicação. Foi complicado enviar a documentação para fazer o self checkin, bem como para saber onde estavam as chaves. A mensagem veio via Booking e não como todos os outros, via whatapp. Ter de deixar os 20 euros em dinheiro, que disse ser a taxa de turismo, uma coisa que não aconteceu em mais nenhum outro alojamento.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο με όμορφα δωμάτια. Ήσυχη γειτονιά σε απόσταση 10' από το κέντρο της Μπολόνιας με λεωφορείο. Πολύ καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο (σίδερο, βεστιάριο, κουζίνα) και αναπαυτικό υπνοδωμάτιο για ωραίο ύπνο.

Viaggio di piacere in famiglia!

Metodo veloce di ritiro chiavi direttamente nella cassetta della posta. Questo sicuramente da meno problemi di attesa sia al proprietario sia all'ospite. Appartamento molto pulito e spazioso. Dotato dello stretto necessario relativamente a cialde caffe/merendine/acqua. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Posizione comoda per chi non ha necessità di alloggiare proprio in centro storico.

Nulla, forse la macchina del caffe, cliccando solo 1 volta sul tasto "caffe corto" praticamente non da caffe, abbiamo inevitabilmente sprecato qualche cialda prima di capire dove era il problema, bisogna pigiare di nuovo sul tasto, scusateci! magari qualche acqua/snack in piu non sarebbe male, ma capisco che non sono dovuti. Quindi nulla da rimproverare!
