Cheap to rent but you get what you have paid. No high standards no high prices !

The area was ok,pizza restaurant and shops nearby.

No air condition in the place,when you have a place to rent in Italy for summer period you should have air conditioner ,in my opinion. We ask the host for another fan and the host bring us another one but still,was very hot during the night(27/29 degrees) which made the sleep very unpleasant !!

Pay a little extra for your health and comfort and never trust a new host.

- Filthy rooms, everything was so dirty and wasn’t cleaned for a long time - The room smelled of cigarettes - Black mold in the shower - The front door was not sound proof so you could hear everything from the stairs - The door to the toilet was not possible to close - Bed bugs on the walls and in the bed, one of the children were bitten - Dirty blankets - Broken fridge with mold inside - The sofa was full of stains and dirty spots - Unbelievable that they are allowed on booking.com

Bell'appartamento ma erano presenti avanzi alimentari e un problema al letto.

Appartamento internamente molto carino e bello spazioso. Luogo comodo per spostarsi verso Bologna o Casalecchio.

Purtroppo c'erano alcuni difetti che mi fanno abbassare la valutazione. Nelle dispense abbiamo trovato del cibo già aperto, come un pacchetto di spaghetti, lasciato probabilmente dai clienti precedenti e nel congelatore un gelato aperto e mangiato per metà. Il poggiatesta del letto era rotto nella parte destra e quindi per metà penzolante verso terra.

Struttura inadeguata per il costo

Un disastro l'ospite a cui ho pagato il soggiorno di 9 notti per motivi di lavoro,prima cosa sul sito è raffigurato l'ascensore che non c'era e per il mio amico era essenziale perché aveva dei problemi alle spalle per portarsi su le valigie era un problema, in più la stanza era sprovvista dell'aria condizionata al suo posto c'era un ventilatore non funzionante la temperatura nella stanza raggiungeva i 40°. Vedi foto In sostanza abbiamo annullato il soggiorno per i motivi su scritti confort uguale a zero. Sconsigliatissimo siamo in attesa ancora del rimborso dopo una settimana.

Solo una discreta pulizia il resto inadeguato come confort per quello pagato e soprattutto per l'attesa del rimborso visto che il mio ospite non ha potuto dormire neanche la prima notte.

Purtroppo non rispecchiava a pieno le aspettative, c'era scritto ascensore e invece ci sono le scale, cosa che con il passeggino non è stata semplice, in più non c'è nessuna forma di condizionamento e con il caldo di Bologna ti rovina .
