Amazing host and super pleasant accommodation

The host was amazing, super friendly, responsive, and the property was immaculate, cozy, comfortable. The host paid attention to many small details that make our stay really pleasant, like pantry full of essential ingredients, detergents for our washing, etc. She went out of her way to help us with navigation, booking restaurants. Small things like that made us feel really well taken care of. The apartment is just 3 minute walk from the station, very convenient.

Clean and tidy apartment. It had everything a family a four needed for a comfortable overnight stay. It was very easy to communicate with Michela through WhatsApp. Very convenient being able to park right outside the door.

Place is quite big. It has private parking space. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Despite being next to the train station, it was very quiet and we heard no outside noise

The property was perfect- a 2 minute walk from the train station- Michela, our host, provided excellent information and responded immediately even met us at the property to be sure all was right ! great restaurants to walk to - we went to a local restaurant which was friendly and food delicious!

Great place for a few nights!

Location, host and communication was great, clean appartment, parking in front of the appartment and very close to train station is great.

EV charger didn’t work due to tech issues unfortunately, host was a great help but we couldn’t fix it in time.

The host was amazing! We booked the place after a very unfortunate day and was struggling so much so the kindness was really appreciated. The apartment was extremely spacious and beautiful. We didn’t have an expectation regarding the location because we wanted somewhere a bit outside of the center so it worked out great for us, but if you’re looking to get to the city center easily that might not be for you but honestly we did not check public transportation or anything. We really really loved the apartment!

Beautiful place, the flat was quite big and very clean, well equipped, 15 min from the airport by bus, 3 min from the Borgo Panigale tran station. Michela is very welcoming, caring and kind. Always ready to help. Very good option for a stay in Bologna or as a night stop if you need to go early to the airport the next day.

I would recommend this place to everyone who are interested in visiting Bologna.

The property was in a private garden. We felt safe. it was very clean and had all the essential items we needed. It was very comfortable. Although we didn’t see the owner she helped us over the phone with everything. She gave us information we asked for without hesitation. There was a folder in the room with every information a new traveller needed. From bus and train times needed to how to use the facilities within the house. She even arranged taxi for us to go back to the airport. We felt very very comfortable. Amazing place to stay.

the apartment looks cool and cozy

due to bad aeration in the winter, steam gets everywhere. there were no tools to clean on our own, the cleaning lady on holiday, the floor was not clean, and we had two little girls playing … was not nice

Perfect location, secure parking for exotic cars was huge benefit.

Enough parking for multiple cars right in front of apartmwnt door, secured by a gate. Train station which takes you directly to rhe center every few minutes. Roof terrace is amazing. Will definitely come again.

Very clean, well-equipped apartment. Fully airconditioned. Private parking, private ground separated from the street by the gate. Very good location just meters from the train station. Take the train to Bologna city center. Close to the autostrada as well. Only one hour to Florence. The nice host is always ready to help you.
