Good stay

Everything was good, the communication with the host was great and we could do a self check-in. The bed is comfortable

The apartment was very clean and located in a great area, just a short walk from the old town, with convenient parking only 150 meters away. The host was exceptionally helpful and always easy to reach by phone, which made the stay even more comfortable.

The perfect place to stay in Bologna

It was spotless, and everything looked new. They had coffee and croisant for breakfast even throught it wasn’t included in the price. Our flight was delayed so we arrived 1am and still was able to check in. The area is Safe and calm. Everything worked perfectly (bathroom, AC etc.).

Just as they claim: your home in Bologna

Room sweet room was just perfect. The property is well maintained and clean. The room and bathroom though small, is enough for two and well-organized. Though we did not meet the hosts, they were super responsive and helpful. They had arranged a sweet welcome corner with croissants and the room also had a coffee machine and a refrigerator. Oven and toaster were also available, so we could prepare our own breakfast. Though the room is 5kms away from the centre, there are two bus stops within 100m, making traveling quite convenient. I had stayed here for three nights while attending an academic conference, though I was initially apprehensive of the distance from the centre, this place turned out to be a comfortable place to head back to after a hectic day. The bed is quite comfortable and they do provide a range of pillows. The ambience is homely and welcoming.

When I arrived it was a lot of good information and helpful for the first day with restaurant and buss and it was clean and they give some water and food to eat that is really nice.

I will say I was there 5 nights, and it was not asking if I needed to clean the room , if I was comfortable, or if I needed anything. I feel also the people who live there don't care for the guest there not bother to talk or have a conversation, I feel the stay was unpersonel and is sad when i travel alone and interested to know about the city and the people.

Everything was just like description says. We've get water, juice and croissant in our "kitchen" corner. A little gesture but it is very nice. You have small fridge which is big plus. Parking is free 3min walking from apartman. Bus is just 1min from apartman, and if you are a walking guy then you'll need about 45min.

The room is really clean, small and cozy. It is located some bus stops from the center. Andi is eager to provide all the possible comfort and help you around the city of Bologna, not something to take for granted, as many residents don't speak as fluently as he does. Couldn't ask for more during my 1-day stay there.

Perfect place to stay if you are arriving late into Bologna airport. Only a 15 minute taxi or can get the bus/train into the centre and then the number 21 bus to the property. We arrived late and most places for food were closed, Maya very kindly brought us some home made zucchini pie which was amazing and just what we needed after a day travelling. The room has everything you could need including coffee, juice, water and the shower and bathroom facilities are ideal. We would definitely recommend this place to stay for anyone wanting to explore bologna or looking for somewhere to stay near the airport. Thank you Andi and Maya

Owners were super friendly, helpful and responsive. Everything about the place was lovely and easy.

It was about 30-40 minute walk from the city center, but if you’re able to take a bus it’s extremely easy, with virtually no walking, straight from the train station to the place.

Very nice stay

Good location close to the airport and a short bus trip into the city center. We were lucky to find parking right outside in the street for a small fee. The room is very clean and comfortable. Maya is super pleasant and makes it all very easy.

Unlike what was said at the booking, there is no free parking in the area, which complicated our stay. The host adviced us to use a parking lot in the area, where you can park from 8am-18pm for two hours maximum...

Amazing!

The host was extremly kind. The room was very comfy and cozy and had everythig you might need - including an electrical bialetti which was heaven! The breakfast was very good - you can choose salty or sweet and they give you a very good home made bread (I could have had more of it). The location is good. 20 min by bus to the center, 40 of walking. The bus station right in front of the building

The tax city wasnt mentioned before on booking/ whatsapp conversation. But not a big deal, we paid cash at the property.
