The location was great, the room was fine and met our expectations. If we were doing this trip again I'd happily choose Harriettes for our digs.
There was a lot said about the great breakfast but there wasn't anyone around at 9am. Not sure if you had to prebook.

The location was great, close to the front.
The room was so cold, there was a draft in the window. The heating was not on at all. We had 2 small electric heater for the family room. There was loud music till early hours from downstairs in the bar but didn’t seem to be anyone in the bar except the staff.
