The owners Mark and Sue were super friendly, nothing was an issue! Check in was easy! Breakfast was great in the morning! Hotel was in the heart for what we needed!
The room was very warm but the was down to the weather, Sue did offer us a fan but we declined

It offers everything you need. Probably the best breakfast in Blackpool. And many other B&B would struggle to match in the UK. It was that good and the third visit. So consistent. Owners are amazingly customer focused. Lovely and down to earth. They works very hard to give you a great experience

We were never asked if we would like breakfast
The bar wasn't open when we arrived and when it was it only serves cans .sue was lovely her husband was a bit of a strange 1 not very friendly at all
