Massive gap under the door and heating not been switched on when I asked about it the older lady on reception just stated it as the solution ''heatings off not being put on'' I said again that its a bit chilly at the night so could I get a blanket or a small heater she said she can't give it me as she was supposedly the only member in a massive hotel and she has to wait when staff turn up. After 3 hours I checked same response then 4 more hours later still nothing totally unacceptable service and I went down to ask there was a different person it was a gent in his 30's and when I asked he straight wait got me the heater that was just a few meters away and offered to take if to my room that's good customer service. Overall I wouldn't stay again not very clean and customer service is a hit or miss. Also all the electronics safely test all out of date i have taken pictures to make a complaint directly to booking agent even the extractor fan in the bathroom was broken.

Very friendly place parking next door or they have their own parking also. Spacious bar nice room lots of toiletries and tea and coffee very clean

Love this hotel,there are probably hotels with better facilities,but l doubt they have the wonderful friendly,efficient staff as here Great bar,games room,nice rooms,brillant locaton,nothing to dislike.

We were disappointed to find the place was filthy. The bedding was clean and no signs of bed bugs but the rest of the place was dirty. Even the kids were complaining that it’s dirty. The 1st receptionist that welcomes us was great but after that the other staff just stared at us as we came in and out didn’t even smile made us feel really unwelcome.
It was cheap that’s the only real positive. We won’t be booking this hotel next time.
