    The room size was comfortable and convenient for shopping, making the stay quite practical. Staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. However, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, parking options limited, and views from the property were underwhelming. Cleanliness and facilities met basic expectations but left some room for improvement.

    Dirty and damp. Saw dodgey dealings outside with the one member of staff there. Smelled so damp and was dirty

    Get what you pay for i guess but stayed in better for the price, goad we wasnt in the room much. Location was great for us which was the main. Hotel looks nothing like the photos it now looks pretty run down from the outside and all boarded up entrance. Place was dark and dingy as soon as you walked in no lights on. Got shown to the office which was also in darkness which we made a joke about, and messy coffee cups and paperwork all over. Room was ok bed was comfy enough, carpet stained, paint peeling off wall, no plug for the sink, bin stained with tea, hair and dust over bathroom floor, shower mouldy. No hand towel so had to keep using bath towel. Pipes were dripping outside all night even when it wasnt raining, rubbish all on the floor outside. My towel was wet, but it smelt clean so knew it had been washed but it had wet all my bed. Noone around to complain to and telephone number/email contact doesn't work. Stopped in nicer OYO's.
