This guest house is clean and comfortable with friendly staff and is amazing value for money in a prime location in Blackpool 3 minutes walk away from shops, cafes, bank, bars etc. The shower in the bathroom had good water pressure and the toilets were always clean. I really enjoyed my stay at the Osprey and would highly recommend it as budget accommodation.
The only things I didn't like was no seats outside for smokers to enjoy a cigarette without having to stand or sit on the doorstep all the time in peoples way, plus the location of the ashtray isn't ideal as you have to stand on the steps to reach it and if someone lost their balance they could easily fall whilst trying to put cigarette in ashtray, especially if they had had a few drinks, so I would seriously consider having the ashtray moved to within reach of ground level and getting a small wooden bench, summer seat or maybe plastic garden chairs to keep in hallway for guests.
