Boltonia

I was very happy with my stay at the Boltonia. I was very happy with the room, it was better than I expected. I had a big double bed, wardrobe, shelves and bedside table as well as a TV. The bathroom was very good with a large sink, a compact but very good shower. The bathroom was good and everything worked very well. The room was spotless, the whole guest house was remarkably clean and well taken care of. I had a good experience checking in, the staff were great and very professional. I liked the lounge area which also has a small bar, it is a nice area to just sit in and gather your thoughts before you go out etc. I was happy about the breakfast service in the morning, it was in a separate dining area to the lounge, and was very nicely laid out. There was cooked buffet breakfast, plus all the cereals you could want, including fruit, fresh yoghurt, fruit juices, etc. There was a great coffee machine which had very good coffee, lattes, and tea. There are herbal teas available too, and there is a nice little toasting machine for your bread. It is a very well run B and B. I liked the decor which is somewhat vintage and its nice to have old pictures on the walls of Blackpool over the years. It is very well taken care of.

I don't really have anything to add here. It is excellent value for money and it's the sort of place I would feel comfortable staying for a lot longer.

Nothing all was just great

We had a lovely stay at the Boltonia at Blackpool. We're made very welcome by owners. Hotel lovely and clean and comfortable nice breakfast. Would recommend in great location. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything up to standard

Excellent breakfast and an ideal location for anyone attending an event at The Winter Gardens. We were there for the Blackpool International Soul Festival and it was a perfect fit for attending that event.
