Owner lovely lady. rooms clean, perfect location. i would stay again.
No breakfast and couldn't connect to WIFI but this wasn't really a big issue. the rooms where comfortable and exactly what we needed

Ideal location for the tower, shops, amusements etc. nice little bar inside too.
Room very hot but it was a particularly warm weekend!!

We didn't have breakfast but I'm sure it's fabulous.
Nothing could have been better as it was already fabulous. Couldn't complain about anything as it was very clean and tidy. Caroline was very warm and friendly , you couldn't ask for anything else. Would recommend where we stayed to everyone who goes to blackpool to stay there .

Breakfast ok had to leave early to return home for medical appointments Early breakfast not available 9to 9.30 a small time band for residents to have breakfast. Owners friendly and helpful
