The landlady was just so welcoming of her guests. A very genuine person. Great breakfasts
Having to be up so early for breakfast 😩. An 11:00 would have been perfect. However realise things to do after breakfast in the hotel. But it would be lovely to have a late breakfast.

Janette is the host exactly what other reviews have written .This lady wears so many hats ,Reception check in , accommodation cleaner ,Chef , waitress Agony Aunt and to top it off ,head of security making sure everyone is back safely to her home after night out Phew !!!!.
If only ALL hosts in Blackpool wore as many hats .
The room i was in was good and a lot of tea ,coffee packets etc
Breakfast order taken on arrival ,which good , and hot and lots of it .

The only thing is that the mattress in my room has probably gone past its prime and had its time

Janette was an amazing host, nothing was too much trouble.
Even dried our coats on arrival, after being caught in torrential rain.
Excellent experience.
