Much bigger than expected

The house on the outside might scare you a little (very old and run down) but the apartment itself is amazing. Much bigger than it looks on the fotos, clean and walking distance to everything we needed. Better than expected. And the owner was very kind.

Great apartment at a great price in a great location. Highly recommend!

An excellent top level apartment within easy walking distance to pedestrian street and old town. Also came at a bargain price for what it was. The apartment itself was spacious, cosy and had all the amenities we needed for comfortable stay. Our host was super responsive and answered any queries we had. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is nice and clean, but you need to think about the little things. There is a parking space, which is like

A bit cold, one small blanket for double bed. There were three of us, few dishes, nothing to wash the dishes with. No hair dryer. Sleeping on the couch was very uncomfortable.

Clean, quiet, big, nice apartment in the attic. Big parking just outside of the building. Proximity to the city center.

I appreciate key locker, because it makes life easier, but I do not like this particular type of key locker - with a button hard to press. Not enough pots in the kitchen, so bear this in mind if you want to cook for yourself. High stairs in a staircase - it might be an important information for untrained people.

Great apartment in a central location

The accommodation looks to be in a dilapidated building, but inside is really smart - it looks brand new. The kitchen area is great. the whole apartment has a good vibe. It's pretty central - easy walking distance to everything. It feels pretty safe when you walk around the area at night. The price is great for the location. the host is really responsive to text and calls.

The car park was not secure as there is no fence - that said it seemed to be a safe area on reflection - although I didn't know that when I arrived. The barrier is pointless as you can just drive around it! There is restricted head height in the bathroom. I couldn't get the TV to work or turn off - no worries the city is so good you don't need TV. A larger table in the kitchen area would help.

В ноябре квартира не отапливается достаточно, чтобы там можно было жить. В квартире есть 3 батареи, но они такие маленькие и слабые, что лишь не позволяют появиться снегу в квартире. Возле кровати стоит закрытое окно, но от него всё равно идёт холод. Также, если вы приехали с чемоданом, то удачи: квартира находится на 3 этаже, и лестница оставляет желать лучшего. В общем, остались очень недовольны проживанием.

Уютные и просторные апартаменты в исторической части города. Отличный вариант за такую цену.

Просторные, комфортные и чистые апартаменты с отличным расположением и бесплатной парковкой. Удобная кровать, соседей не слышно. Описание и фотографии полностью соответствуют действительности.

Было немного холодновато. Вентилятор в душе издавал неприятные звуки. На кухне не хватало микроволновки, стол маловат. Лестница в подъезде крутая и узкая, подъезд неотремонтированный, но чистый. Хотя я отнес это к минусу, но подъезд старого дома придаёт особый колорит и создаёт необычное впечатление, позволяя прикоснуться к истории.

숙소의 위치가 카우나스 공대 주변에 있어 찾기가 아주 쉽고, 카우나스 성, 카우나스 대성당, Laisvės Alėja 거리 등 주요 볼거리가 도로로 충분히 가능한 거리에 있습니다. 공용의 전용 주차장이 있어 안심하고 주차할 수 있습니다. 숙소가 겉보기와는 달리 내부는 생각보다 넓고, 침구, 소파 등 모두 깨끗하고, 소파에서 보는 전망이 좋습니다.

숙소에 입실하니 삐 소리가 십 여 분간 나고, 이어서 드르르 하는 기계음이 들려 주변에 공사를 하는 것으로 착각했습니다. 나중에 살펴보니 소파 쪽 라디에이터에서 나는 소리였습니다. 화장실 환풍기도 간헐적으로 큰소리가 났습니다. 두 군데 점검이 필요해 보입니다.

Moderne Wohnung

Sehr schön eingerichtet und modern von innen, großzügiger Raum, auch für 4 Personen ausreichend groß. Privatparkplatz mit Schranke direkt vor der Tür. Wohnung befindet sich im 3ten Stock unterm Dach, dennoch sehr ruhig und gut gedämmt.

Sowohl das Bett als auch die Ausziehcouch sind ziemlich klein (max. 140 cm breit), hier wären etwas größere Schlafmöglichkeiten besser. Zur Altstadt sind es zu Fuß doch >2 km, zwar zentral, aber nicht komplett nah dran.

Blisko centrum miasta (5 minut do Sobóru św. Michała Archanioła, gdzie zaczyna się deptak wzdłuż starego miasta aleją wolności aż do punktu połączenia rzek), klatka niezachęcająca, ale mieszkanie przyjemne. Dużo przestrzeni, czysto. Sypialnia jest oddzielona od salonu ażurowym regałem, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, łącznie z kawą, herbatą, cukrem i solą. Miejsce parkingowe na podwórku za szlabanem. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie.

Замечательная квартира

Квартира немного отличается от фото. На самом деле она более просторная и светлая. В квартире чисто и аккуратно. Достаточно хорошо оборудована бытовой техникой, посудой. Приятный вид из окна. Отличное расположение - все в пешей доступности: вокзал, магазины, общественный транспорт. Хозяин быстро отвечал на все вопросы. Удобное самостоятельное заселение.

To był świetny pobyt, gdybym miała wrócić do Kowna, na pewno wróciłabym tutaj!!!!

Mieszkanie przestronne, wszystko co potrzebne było dostępne: pościel, ręczniki, suszarka nawet płyny do kąpieli. Kuchnia też wyposażona we wszystkie niezbędne naczynia, przybory. Mieszkanie ciche, miałam wrażenie że tylko my byliśmy na całej klatce. Dodatkowo dużym atutem jest miejsce parkingowe za szlabanem na podwórku. Mieszkanie położone bardzo blisko głównego deptaku, muzeum diabłów, kolejki na Zieloną Górę.

Аппартамент можно было легко найти, совсем рядом с центром. Очень удобно с парковкой. Есть все необходимое для семьи. Все очень чисто и со вкусом оформлено.

На момент нашего пребывания в апартаменте были проблемы со стоком воды в душе. С хозяином по этому поводу не говорили, потому что ночевали в номере всего одну ночь. Но, надеюсь, эту проблему хозяин быстро решит. Не было губки для мытья посуды. Жидкость есть, а чем мыть -нет. И еще одно, что мешало спать-узкая для двоих взрослых людей кровать и еще более узкое одеяло. Какой-то эконом-формат. Надеюсь, хозяин обратит на это внимание и решит проблему. В остальном-все хорошо.
