Modern Apartment

The layout and size of the apartment is good. The design and interior is nice. Good storage space and excellent security. Great location for amenities, well lit and felt safe walking at night. Liked there is outdoor space.

The excess water when showering, although it is a wet floor facility the drainage is not sufficient and had to try and clear to avoid slipping. The sofa bed did not prove comfortable due to the springs, especially at the bottom. Fine for a night or two, anything longer requires additional cushioning/mattress. It would have been nice to have some outdoor furniture to sit out and enjoy the weather. Making these simple changes would make a big difference, however, this would not put me off staying here again.

The apartments are great. Everything in the apartment was clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need and there was even a coffee machine with capsules with very tasty coffee. At the last minute we had to reschedule our stay for one day and the owner was very responsive in this regard.

Everything is great. It’s quiet and close to the bus station. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything. I really enjoy my stay here. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who visits Kaunas.

Best place to stay if you want to stay close to city centre

I liked the size of flat. The weather was very cold outside, but you never feel cold inside the flat, very warm. Only 250 metres to Kaunas train station and most importantly only 750 metres to Zalgiris Kaunas Arena (Basketball 🏀)

Perfect location, lovely apartment

Perfect location for surgery at Nords Clinic, it is literally a 30 second walk. The bed and sofa bed were very comfy! Had everything you needed. Very clean! Very happy with my stay and will definitely stay here when I am back x

this is a perfect little apartment that suited all my needs.

i stayed here alone whilst recovering from surgery and it had everything I needed. the location was perfect. the apartment itself was perfect. no complaints at all

Great appartement!!!

The appartement was very beautifull, and stylish. Most important it was also very clean. The kitchen had everything you need for your stay (pots, pans, blender, oven, Coffee machine,...). The place of it is also good as it's not far from laisvės alėja, Žalgirio Arena and Akropolis. The host answers fast if you have questions. Rating for this stay should be 11/10!!!

Perfect accommodation, amazing host.

Great location, clean and modern. There was lots of storage space for our belongings and the host left nice touches like bottled water and washing powder which was above and beyond. I had an excellent stay and would definitely come again.

The only things I can think of is that it would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedroom, and something the pillows were sliding off the sofa but it did not affect how we liked our stay at all.
