Very clean and actually quite spacious right on the train station but at the same time very quiet. A short walk (7 mins) to Akropolis the shopping centre which is very good. All together a very good place to stay and would 100% stay again and have already recommended it to others.

Location was absolutely perfect, quiet but close to central Kaunas. It was lovely and warm, clean and tidy and absolutely perfect for recovering from surgery.

The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable and a toaster would have been a nice addition to the kitchen but only minor issues. Great place

Me and my sister stayed here as I was due to have surgery at a local clinic. We had such a positive experience staying here, honestly couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Unfortunately the pipes froze during our stay so there was no water, but they handled it amazingly. This was due to exceptional weather conditions in the country, out of anyone's control! They quickly arranged an alternative place for us which was absolutely lovely, especially considering I had surgery the next day – they really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They kept us updated the whole time and got a specialist plumber in to properly fix the issue, so you could tell they genuinely cared about getting it sorted, not just a quick fix. The apartment itself was great too – clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, especially for post-surgery recovery. There were loads of pillows (which was a lifesaver), plenty of towels, and the bathroom/shower was really easy to access. The kitchen facilities were also great and had everything we needed. I’d honestly recommend staying here for the hosts alone, they were incredible, but the apartment definitely ticks all the boxes as well. Thank you for having us!

Lovely little chalet/cottage with no stairs to climb. Full kitchen with an oven (could do with some oven proof cookware though) nice bathroom with a washing machine and a large clothes airer for drying. Beautiful decor, very modern and clean. Its 5 minutes walk to nords clinic, but you do have to play chicken across a very busy road, if you walk to the pedestrian crossings it adds 10 minutes on to.the journey. All cleaning equipment is onside, meaning you have a hoover, floor brushes and mops, dishwashing soap. No bathroom cleaner though so I had to buy some and also bought bleach. What I really like was that all of the shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste that former guests have left has been kept in the bathroom cupboard... this save me fro.habing to buy full bottles of stuff. Similarly in the kitchen, there is a drawer with dry goods that people have left such as pasta, rice, tea bags, sugar, salt and pepper etc which I thought was fab. Ive left quite a bit of unopened stuff for the next guests as its great to know the cleaner isn't throwing it away. There is a physical key you are given when you check-in which was so much better than my last stay in kaunas.. I had to call a number to gain access each time I went out which is such an inconvenience. Heating has been excellent and as its been -15° here it was definitely needed.

There are no shelves inside the shower to put shampoo etc on. As I had thigh surgery, this was problematic and painful trying to pick them up off the shower floor. I suggest a caddy that can be hung from the shower head?
