comfortable stay in the centre of Kaunas

location was right next to the pedestrian boulevard/close to the church. Pretty easy to find. Spacious room and the big double bed is located on the loft. Which is comfy for a good night sleep after long walks. Bathroom and kitchenette were sufficiently equipped. Room had the view of the boulevard and located right next to all amenities. Host received us and explained everything. check-in and check-out was smooth.

as the name suggests, the rooms are located at the top floor which means one has to climb 4 flight of stairs. good workout though :D Since it is located in the pedestrian area, taxi will not reach the door step of the apartment. One needs to get down at the nearest corner which is laisves 42.

Dissapointing experience

It was the last-minute booking, and thinking logically as the cost of 3 nights was reasonable, we should not complain much. We have got appartment No. 8 and the view dissapointed us at first glance. The best thing was the air conditioner.. The location is really good (Kaunas central Avenue).

The space was too small and cramped due to low ceilings, and furniture looked cheap. The worst thing was transparent curtains, which did not compliment an already unpleasant atmosphere. Facilities pictures on booking .com were not accurate. The windows were facing inner yard. We could see our neighbours windows from close and hear their load voices at night time. The management team did not know how many nights we were staying. We were very uncomfortable when new people were waiting to be accommodated in the same apartment, and the manager assumed that we were checked out. I can't recommend these rooms, my apologies. At best, what I can say this place was not for us, unfortunately.

Good location for the price paid

A great location. Staff were very helpful and helped me with a return of my handbag back to the UK after I left it there. It was value for money. However a bed was advertised in the mezzanine area and there was no bed. it was 2 mattresses stacked on top of each other. we did raise with the staff but no alternative was offered. Room advertised for 4, is only big enough for 3 in my opinion and there is only a sofa bed and a double mattress

Great location and good price to stay over in the city center!

Parking was not so comfortable, small and first we didn't have instructions where to park the car. Good that when the lady came, she showed us an available parking lot Infront of their garage. The building is in the center, old one and there is no elevator, just good to know that in advance. Waiting time for check in was a bit longer than usual, but we arrived late in the evening. Otherwise all fine, at least the price was ok, if you only need to sleep over. Restaurants and shop were near by, location on the main walking street! Cleanliness...

Big apartment hotel with quirky rooms

Warm apartment and the heat was able to modify electronically. Floor heating. Very good location. Possibility to choose a room on the spot. The grounfloor apartment was good size.

This is a BIG apartment HOTEL. From the pictures it is impossible to understand that the bed is placed above the room on a loft with steep LADDERs. I was able change a room, though (thank you), on the ground floor: room came with no window and no soundproof. I had to listen my neighbour to talk for hours!

The only good thing about the stay was the location. The room was dirty nothing like shown in the pictures even the beds were dirty. The bathroom door didn't even close properly and since there were 3 of us there was no privacy. The advert was absolutely nothing like it was posted.
