Not happy.

The parking spot was ridiculous, a bigger wont get through, the place was not tidy. Spider webs everywhere.

Good location, other things could improve

Great location, close to old town, not far to walk. Apartment good, comfortable bed, cozy sofa and handy kitchen corner.

A lot of rules I never seen before (and I have pretty big booking experience). Instead of “Welcome” I got list of “Don’t do this, can’t do that, must do this etc” - felt like little kid under strict aunts discipline. Rule number one - city tax must be paid in cash, or they will deduct the fine from my bank account! So I should run to ATM and change money to coins also. By rules must send owner my ID (didn’t done that) and call one hour before arrival. Called 3 times just to finally, when she finally picked up, heard that she will send info at arrival time. At arrival time I didn’t get any info, waited by door and after a while only when I called I got check in code. Weird communication, feels sketchy. Also guests need to brush floors by themselves and remove bedding - to see very dirty blankets and pillows. ☹️ Still I will leave good rating because location was good and price was cheap, just some things (and communication!) could improve. 👍

На фотографии указано фото совершенно другого дома. Фотки квартир сделаны лет 10 назад. Если вы хотите комфортно отдохнуть, не думать о проблемах и не болеть, то вам точно НЕ сюда! Начнем с минусов: - Не было абсолютно никакой воды - Было ужасно холодно ( температура была 15°) - Кровать поломана - Кухня грязная - В шкафчике для посуды ужасно воняло - Шумоизоляция отсутствует - При экстренной ситуации ( отсутствие воды) даже не удалось связаться с хозяином. Так же если вы хотите получить необоснованные угрозы о том что на вас заведут уголовное дело и передадут вас коллекторам за неуплату выдуманного штрафа - вам стоит всего лишь не оставить 2€ City tax! Захотите получить компенсацию за такие глобальные неудобства от хозяина? - Получите только насмешки и отмазки по типу « раз вы остались значит вас все устраивало», « воду отключило государство, а не я» и так далее. Настоятельно не рекомендую заселяться в эти апартаменты!

Apartamentai geri ir nakvynė patogi, gera būt, nors ir kai ko trūko. Kliuvo tik bendravimas su klientais.

Gera apartamentų vieta, šalia yra parduotuvės. Butas erdvus. Vieta dar vis tik įrenginėjama, žinoma truputį trūko komforto ties keletą aspektų, bet tikrai apartamentai nustebimo ir buvo patogu, gera juose būti.

Nepatiko kad nebuvo įrankių ir tuoletinio popieriaus. Kai tai buvo gražiai pasakyta savininkui. Savininkas pasakė kad turi būti ir daugiau nesigilino, o tik savo klausimų klausė jam aktualių. Tas yra labai liūdna. Žinoma nusipirkome to ko trūko, bet manau taip neturėtų būti.

Крайне не советую. Обходите этот вариант стороной. Ужасное отношение к клиентам. Да и само жилье сомнительного качества. Хозяева ведут себя очень неприветливо и неадекватно. Отказываются общаться на русском хотя могут это делать. Заставляют звонить по обычной по сотовой связи что для туриста проблема. Тянут до последнего чтобы передать информация по заселению. Адрес в брони на букинге оказывается указан не самого жилья а их офиса. Приходится кататься по Каунасу тратя время и деньги. По приезду на адрес где находится жилье вы обнаружите вагончик в подворотне с разбитым стеклом, грязными полами и мебелью с недоделанными элементами. За кондиционер говорят доплачивать еще 10 евро помимо стоимости брони. Навязывают оставить на столе дополнительные деньги якобы за city tax, хотя он уже Включен в стоимость брони на букинге. В общем один негатив и стресс для туриста.
