Good location

Not what we expected. There was leaking water heater with a cup underneath, sticky floor ar lots of hair in the bathroom, lots of noise from the bar above and outside, very cold as there were only AC and no central heating. Overall not really a good value for money :(

Modern property

This apartment was a very bad experience. The photos on Booking.com are completely misleading — it was supposed to be a double bed, but instead we got a sofa to sleep on. The apartment was dirty, there was no toilet paper or shower gel provided, and the overall condition was terrible. The boiler was leaking heavily, and the water ended up flooding the floor, which also damaged my hair straightener. When we first arrived, there was no sign of any leak, but when we came back later, the place was full of water. The landlord’s attitude was also very unhelpful and rude. This property is not worth the money and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Terible noisy nights:/

Perfect location, clean apartment, fast comunication with a host.

We stayed on Friday and Saturday nights, and there was extremely loud music outside until 2 a.m. Until early morning, many people were shouting under the windows. The sound insulation was poor. Instead of rest, we ended up with sleepless nights.

The apartment is clean, modern, and well-maintained in the central location.

A few basic items were missing, but it wasn’t a major issue. However, the biggest drawback is its proximity to a nightclub that stays open until 4:00 AM. Loud music and rowdy crowds often linger until 6:00, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

A great place for those who like to party at night

The place is in a very convenient location - in the middle of Liberty Avenue, which is full of bars, shops and cafes. It's just hard to find the entrance. Since the place is full of action, it can be noisy at night. Clean place, host was obliging. We really liked it, we would love to come back.

The toilet paper holder needs to be fixed.

Ideal location and very well appointed studio apartment

The room was larger than I expected and the location was absolutely fantastic - right on the best most busy street in Kaunas. And this city is just AMAZING. Quiet and beautiful Real. SO easy to walk to anything fun: cafes, shopping, clubs, restaurants and of course Old Town - all of it super easy. Getting the keys was easy too but I never met or saw the host. There is a creaky elevator that is able to be used on the way up (but not down which is bizarre). There is a truly terrific night club with a gorgeous view and outdoor seating on the top floor and an overpriced but extremely trendy restaurant on the ground floor and i was really surprised by how quiet the actual room was given these neighbors. My room faced the back so no view at all (just a courtyard/street) but also it was silent. Great sleep. And the kitchen is well appointed - coffee maker and tea was there and fridge worked well. Stove and stuff ot cook in - all the things you might want. Basic - not fancy. But really good for me. AWEsome to have a washer/dryer in the room. Really it was a great room.

The entryway is kind of terrifying the first time you see it. Be self-confident - as I said it shares an entrance with a club, so there are frequently super drunk young adults going in and out in the evening. Not all of them are always on best behavior--I never felt unsafe but there were moments i had qualms about opening the very secure door to the hallway of rooms on the second floor. (I also wondered how frequently those rooms are used as "VIP rooms" for the club haha). The washer dyer were GREAT TO HAVE but also a little opaque - I would have liked directions to be written on how to use them as well as the absolutely adorable but unusual coffee maker and the awesome but confusing induction stove. (i figured them out with some mistakes) - I would recommend adding a lamp near the bed so you don't have to turn on all the overhead lights to read.

Overall the property was very nice. Central location was great.

HVAC is remotely controlled and the remote is locked out. Not customer friendly. The restaurant/night club customers were very loud on some nights after midnight to 4AM making it hard to sleep. Apartment needs hand towels.

Central location. Once found great location. Better directions needed.

Above a bar. Whilst it's very central that comes with downsides during the weekend i.e. drunken revelers shouting and music till 3am Lift didn't stop at 2nd floor, hallway not finished, no working hall lights, could be dangerous. Continual air flow as no windows open, can be cold. AC / heating not working.

Great value for the money with little inconveniences here and there

I liked the fact that the room was quite new, freshly renovated, there was Netflix and a big TV, there was plenty of space for deposit. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need. They had hair dryer, vacuum, iron and many more.

I did not like the fact that the walls are quite thin, and you can hear anything the neighbours do. Besides that, at the top level of the building, there is a PUB, and the bass of the music can be heard all night long.

Apartment with good location.

Apartment looked exactly like in the pictures. For the check in I had to contact the host myself. It is really easy to check in, even though the entrance to the building looks quite sketchy from the outside. Place was cold at the beginning but I turned on the heat and it was much better, even though the windows are definately very thin. Location was very good as you can visit all the main places on foot. There are a lot of places near by where you could go for food. Check out was also very simple.

To my surprise when I wanted to take a shower I noticed that the hot water heater was not on. Therefore I had to turn it on myself and then wait for 3h until I could take my shower. I was slightly disappointed... Also mugs in the bathroom were dusty and I had to wash them before I could use them. There were means to make coffee and tea, but there was no coffe nor tea, so you should buy your own if you want some hot drinks. It didn't bother me too much, but there is definately loud music outside on the streets until around 3am. So be prepared!

How central the apartment was . It was modern and spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the host. I arrived early, and they also allowed me to check out an hour later due to my flight pickup

Puiki vieta, su dideliais vitrininiais langais į Laisvės alėją. Patogi lova ir baldai. Švari patalynė ir rankšluosčiai. Leido išsikraustyti iki 12 val.

Bute buvo siaubingai šalta, nėra reguliuojamo šildymo, kondicionieriaus nešildė, nebuvo kavos kapsulių (nors aparatas kapsulinis buvo), nebuvo jokios kavos ar arbatos, taip pat nebuvo dušo želės, buvo tik šiek tiek skysto muilo, nėra mikrobangės, orkaitės…vonioje lašėjo vanduo į padėtą stiklinę, kurią nuolat reikėjo išpilti…

Jätte kallt i sovrummet, man fick sova med ytterkläder på sig. Ingen värme i sovrum endast vardagsrum. På kvällen är det någon klubb i samma uppgång och folk skriker och springer i trappuppgången. Jätte dåligt isolerat för ljud så man fick sova med öronproppar, men inte ens då hjälpte det.

Baisi ir tamsi laiptinė iki apartamentų, kurioje galima sutikti visokio plauko žmonių ir neblaivių ir agresyvių, naktimis virš galvos už 3 aukštų yra veikiantis baras, kuris dirba iki 4 ryto, tad girdisi muzika iki uždarymo. Žmonės ištisai kursuoja laiptais, liftas laikinai buvo sugedęs. Jei atvykimo tikslas išeit į miestą ir nebūti bute, tai jis tinkamas permiegojimui, tačiau ne poilsiui.

Triukšmingas ir nešvarus butas

Apsistoję buvome 1 apartamente, kuris yra tiesiai po baru, kuriame nuo ryto iki vėlyvos nakties nuolat ir garsiai grojo muzika, o kur dar visa pab’o, kuris yra pastato viršuje, publika, kuri plyšavo ir laiptineje, ir po langais iki 4 ryto. Begalo triukšmingas apartamentas, kuriame apie miegą ir poilsį galite tik pasvajoti. Ši vieta tinkama tik “vakarelių liūtams”. Užsisakę apartamentą 4 žmonems ir atvykę į jį velai vakare, radome rankluosčius tik 2 žmonems, patalynę trims, bet gan organizuotai problema buvo išpręsta. Tačiau butas buvo itin prastai išvalytas, dušo dreinas užsikišęs, iš vandens šildytuvo intensyviai lašejo vanduo, popieriaus laikiklis klibantis, lova gan siaura dviems žmonems, o neperšlampama čiužinio apsauga erzinanti, nes garsas buvo lyg miegotum ant odinės striukės.

Dzīvojamā telpa klusa, ja logi iziet uz pagalmu. Gultas ērtas, istaba tīra. Pietiekami liela atkritumu tvertne divu dienu nakšņošanai. Viegli darbināms televizors. Logiem pretsaules aizvērtņi.

Lattiat olivat likaiset, WC-pöntössä oli ulostetta, pyyhkeet ja lakanat olivat tahraiset ja likaiset. Myös sohvat, verhot ja sängynpääty olivat epähygieenisiä, ja asunnossa oli hyönteisiä. Asunnon sisäänkäynti on epämiellyttävä, ja hissi ei toimi. Käytävissä haisee jatkuvasti tupakka ja kaatuneet alkoholijuomat, koska rakennuksessa toimii yökerho sekä ylä- että alakerroksessa. Lisäksi suoraan vastapäätä asuntoa on baari, joka on jalkapallofaneille suosittu. Meteli ja huutaminen kestivät joka ilta klo 20–04, eikä poliisi puuttunut asiaan. Emme saaneet nukuttua kahteen yöhön melun takia. Tämän majoituksen kanssa ei ole tehty mitään ylläpidon tai siisteyden eteen, eikä ympäristö sovellu yöpyjille, jotka haluavat nukkua tai oleskella siistissä tilassa. En suosittele tätä asuntoa kenellekään.
