Good hard mattress

Good location, very spacious, two big beds, the mattress hardness was perfect, parking just outside the apartment, warm and cozy, kids toys.

Could be cleaner, a lot of dust and spiderwebs. No coffee no sugar, tourism tax not included in price.

Cozy appartment in the city centre.

Calm location, but very next to the beautiful city centre, large cozy flat, free parking next to the flat.

Only one blanket was a little problem for us since we were fighting all night for it.

Relaxing, quiet place in the center of the city.

Very good location. Easy parking. 7 mins. on foot to the main (shopping/restaurant) street of the city. Quiet place: in the back yard of a university. The toilet/bathroom were behind two sets of doors, which made it even quieter during the night. Comfortable, big terrace.

The entry to 35 is via the gate of number 45, which is not obvious.

Big apartment with free parking

Central location and a big apartment with free parking. Very easy to access and we got clear instructions on finding the keys. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night. This place would have been great for a longer stay aswell!

When I visit Kaunas again, I would choose this apartment one more time

1) very cozy and spacious apartment which is situated nearby the main boulevard in the city centre. 2) all windows and door overlook the courtyard, hence it is very silent and calmly there. 3) there was a free parking lot which was highly needed for us. 4) very attentive host who rapidly replied on all our questions.

1) it seemed quite cold in the apartment because of this season, we used a few blankets and plaids. 2) we have spent a while to find a way to reach this apartment because it is situated in the deep of the courtyard and it was a bit challengeable to choose the right turn from the main road.

Great apartment in the centre. - parking space - terrace - huge rooms - a lot of storage space - all necessary facilities, towels, iron, equiped kitchen and so on. -enough space for 4 people -great location-city centre, but no problems with the city rush noise.

Vieta Kauno centre tikrai gera. Buvo patogu pastatyti automobilį šalia apratamentų. Nors negavome instrukcijos kaip įeiti, bet paskambinus tuoj pat viską atsiuntė ir galėjome ankčiau atvykti pasidėti daiktus. Apartamentai dideli, yra visos butinos priemones virtuveje ir pan. , bet apie komfortiškumą ir švarą...

Labai trūksta švaros, voratikliai leidžiasi nuo lubų visuose kambariuose ne vienos savaitės nevalymo... Patalynė švari, šiaip viskas aptvarkyta, bet labai rekomenduoju perkalbėti su buto valytoja. Vien dėl šio aplaidumo buto reitingai manau krenta stipriai. Aišku rekomenduočiau bent minimaliu atsinaujinimų - naujesnes pagalvėlės, pledukai ar kokia vazelė ant stalo pagyvintų jūsų apartamentus. Na ir vienas labai didelis minusas- be galo kietas miegamo lovos čiužinys ir netikusios pagalvės. Čia jau didelis diskomfortas.

Labai gera vieta, iki visų reikalingų vietų, iki Laisvės alėjos - arti. Apartamentuose radome viską, ko reikėjo: kavos aparatą, lygintuvą, puodų, keptuvių. Šeimininkai labai paslaugūs - didžiulis AČIŪ už pagalbą.

Bonne localisation. Appartement spacieux. Équipements ok.

En revanche, l’état de propreté laisse à désirer : poignée de la bouilloire, le mur des WC et surtout la douche avec des moisissures de tous âges sur les murs, les parois de douche et le flexible! Le tout agrémenté d’une odeur de renfermé…
