Great location and nice apartment
The floor in both bathrooms got very wet and messy after a shower. We arrived Kaunus on Monday 10pm but only got check in information on the morning of the day, despite me asking on Saturday late at night. I would have liked to receive it earlier as a peace of mind in case there are any issues

The rooms were spacious, airy, and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The property is conveniently located in the heart of a vibrant area, with major attractions, restaurants, and shops all within easy reach, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. Our request for a one-hour late check-out was readily accommodated by the host, which added to the overall positive experience.
The property is located on the top floor (3rd floor). After our booking, we contacted the host to inquire about the floor level and whether the building has an elevator, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response. As a group of four traveling with eight large suitcases, carrying our luggage up narrow stairways to the third floor was quite challenging. Additionally, there is no allocated parking for the apartment, and nearby signage indicates the possibility of cars being towed in the area, which made parking somewhat inconvenient.

Perfect location near the Laisves Aleja (lively paved streets with lot of cafes, restaurants and shops). It was very easy to locate the accommodation and to access it. The flat didn't disappoint and was very well-equipped and spacious.
I would say thicker/night blind to make the bedrooms darker at bedtime/ durinf the night would be great especially when you have young children.

Excellent location, literally in the backyard of the central pedestrian Laisves avenue. You do not hear or see anything of the street hustle in the apartment, but you just need to walk out of the building and around the corner to find yourself in the middle of everything. The apartment is really spacious, has 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen. The 2 bedrooms are on the upper floor, the kitchen with the living area are on the entrance floor. The possibility to park the car in the yard, right next to the entrance was a big plus for us.
I can imagine that the best days of this apartment are some 15 years in the past, when it probably hosted the Kaunas high society. That is around the time it was renovated, you can tell it from the design. Today you see a bit of wear and tear, some bruises here and there. Like a bit loose door handles on some doors, or some other few things scratched, broken, neglected and not fixed. If not these minor things, it would have been a straight 10/10. But those things are minor nuances really, overall we had great experience
