Excellent location, literally in the backyard of the central pedestrian Laisves avenue. You do not hear or see anything of the street hustle in the apartment, but you just need to walk out of the building and around the corner to find yourself in the middle of everything. The apartment is really spacious, has 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen. The 2 bedrooms are on the upper floor, the kitchen with the living area are on the entrance floor. The possibility to park the car in the yard, right next to the entrance was a big plus for us.
I can imagine that the best days of this apartment are some 15 years in the past, when it probably hosted the Kaunas high society. That is around the time it was renovated, you can tell it from the design. Today you see a bit of wear and tear, some bruises here and there. Like a bit loose door handles on some doors, or some other few things scratched, broken, neglected and not fixed. If not these minor things, it would have been a straight 10/10. But those things are minor nuances really, overall we had great experience

Good location, size is good
Worn out rooms. Looks like 10 years without any investment. Floors, walls and furniture damaged or worn.
You have to consider parking at the street (2,5€/h)as most of the parkingplaces are occupied.

Rooms and facilities were a bit worn out in comparison to featured pictures. Floors could have been cleaner
