Nice place for short weekend escape from the city.

Nice location and easy drive from Vilnius. Property was clean and quiet and the landlords were friendly.

There were a lot of flies outside of the house. So better take a spray with you.

The worst room I have ever stayed In. Sorry to say this but all the opinions here or on Google Maps are either fake or p

Space around the house, greenery, some attractions for kids. Nice owners.

When you pay 150€ per night and you see high ratings at internet you expect the room to be at least at average European standard. But it definitely isn’t. The place we stayed in (Rooster cabin) was the worst place we have ever been to. It looked as it hasn’t been renewed for 20 or more years. Old dirt everywhere. Everything in this apartment is random, crap and junk. Design is a nightmare. Nothing fits. Poor rooms with awful wallpapers and even worse carpets. No equipment in kitchen - no oven (although it was listed in Booking.com), no stove (just a tiny, portable one), no dishwasher. Dirty cups and glasses. 3 forks, 3 knives (we ask for replacement and they were replaced immediately). Electricity - old wires on the walls. The boiler in the bathroom was connected to an ungrounded extension cord nailed to the wall. It is dangerous!! Water - stinks with hydrogen sulfide (rotten eggs) so much that it’s hard to take a bath. Dozens flies everywhere - so disgusting flypapers are hanged everywhere. Positive aspect - new air conditioning in the room. Summing up - this place definitely shouldn’t be ranked so high and the owners shouldn’t charge this money for it. Although they seem to be very nice - I feel being cheated by them. I really cannot understand so many positive comments at internet about this place. I don’t know - maybe guests were in different rooms or comments have been posted by the people having no comparison to other places or being used to some soviet standards? I don’t care. This experience shows that apart of the positive comments, chosing such a place you should use some intuition as well. This time I didn’t… :/ And the last thing… change the name from “residence” to something else… shed, barn, hut… anything but not “residence”.

Beautiful place and friendly hosts! It is a great place to have a holiday with your family and friends. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The area around the house is nice and calm - feel yourself like in Japan garden. Rasa and Romas, thank you very much!

The hospitality was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, Rasa and Romas are lovely people. When we were unsure of how to get there we called them and Romas came to us and guided us in through the snow.

Very friendly owner - girls were invited to pick up some berries and also got fresh eggs! Also loved the water bicycle, kids house in the tree, some other kids activities

Mosquitos - not all windows had mosquitos net on it, so during the night we had several "friends". And the cock with chickens were living next doors, sonee had a wake-up call each morning 4:30:)

Beautiful place with lots of outdoor activities for kids. There is a tree house, a trampoline, a swing and many other games including a zip line we did not try. We stayed at the fisherman's cabin, it's very well kept and we loved the view on one of the two ponds.

Потрясающе красивое место, большая территория для прогулки и много различных мест для отдыха. Отличный, удобный, чистый домик со всем необходимым - посуда, фен, постельное белье, полотенца. Есть место для готовки барбекю. Очень тихо. Персонал супер приветливый. Пользовались джакузи, все было готово по просьбе заранее и идеально. Очень рекомендую данное место.
