Spacious apartment with easy access to major attractions. Even better, there’s a restaurant right across the road—Katpedele—serving authentic Lithuanian cuisine, so you don’t need to search for a place to try local food. Perfect location for visitors!

The location is very central

There was no cleaning service for all the time that we stayed at the apartment, 10 nights. We contacted the guy about problem in the shower ,he got it but didn't send someone to fix it. If you call your service luxury you should act like luxury.

Great location, reasonably equipped appartement, good sound isolation, parking in the courtyard is a plus.

This apartment is in a great location, above a coffee shop and right next to Old Town. Booking sent us the codes for 3B, so double check you get info for 3A. Note that the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs, but the stairwell is manageable. However, if you have mobility issues or a baby stroller, this is not the place for you. There is a new, large TV and the WiFi is fast and reliable. The rooms are spacious, and even though the kitchen is kinda small, it was still functional for 2 people. But there is only a mini fridge and a 2-burner stovetop. They have added even more furniture than shown in the front room, making it even more crowded. The front room gets very warm in the summer (28C). The bedrooms have the Air Conditioners but they are pretty weak and kept the bedrooms around 23C. The bathroom is nice, and there is plenty of hot water and good water pressure. You need to be very strategic with the shower curtain to keep the water contained. Note that you cant flush the toilet paper.

While the apartment used to be luxury, it is aging and needs attention. The kitchen drawers and wooden counter top are warping. The bath towels are thin and developing holes. There are blood spots on the duvet and some of the furniture has stains and are sagging. The listing misrepresents itself. It claims to have the following items, but it doesn’t: Children’s highchair, Dryer, alarm clock, Desk, hypoallergenic, Hot tub, Patio, 24 hour front desk, Pet bowls, and Fire extinguisher. When I asked about the patio, they said someone took the chairs they keep in the parking area. They have installed cameras in the living room and outside the bathroom. These are not disclosed in their listing and is a violation of Booking’s policies. In our 3 month trip around the Baltics, this apartment was our most expensive and biggest disappointment. There is MAJOR construction going on in the road, sidewalks and the median which runs from 7:00 to 16:00, so there is constant NOISE. Since both the roads and the sidewalks are torn up, it’s difficult to walk around and impossible by car. While they don’t control when the city chooses to conduct construction, they do have control over their pricing. This has been going on for a while and they should have informed people in the listing and provided a discount rather than just an apology. Once the construction is completed (a year from now), this apartment gets a 6 rating and would be OK for a few nights. It doesn’t work for a longer stay.
