Very pleasant apartment, excellent for couples.

The administration was very cooperative, offering a service to decorate the apartment to our liking. The shower was spacious, the bedroom was clean with a big wardrobe. The apartment has an AC unit, which gives the ability to control the climate. The kitchen was excellent, not too big, just the right size. There was a tiny freezer inside the small fridge, but just enough for 2 people to stay for a few days. The apartment itself is a good size, minimalist decorations, with a luxury taste. The view is good, you can see Gediminas' castle and beautiful rooftops. There is a small "IKI" store in the same building just a few meters from the main lobby door.

The blankets were rather small for a king size bed, though there were 2 of them. The building from the outside is old and not exactly modern or clean looking, especially the lobby, but the inside of the apartment compensates for that.

The location is good, very close are nice coffees and shops where to buy needed stuff.

I was supposed to have room 21, instead I got keys from 23. I guess the room I got was of the other standard. It would be good if more attention were paid to the cleanliness of the shower enclosure.

Perfect place and location inside an old and a little scary apartment building

Perfect location near the station and walking distance to the center. Very well equipped and beautiful view. Clean and comfortable. Staff easily reachable

the entrance really doesn’t feel safe at night and the elevator doesn’t work at night sometimes. While the 70s vibes are funny and we get used to it, we keep feeling a bit uncomfortable and the door downstairs is always broken. Everything is perfect but a microwave would’ve been the Cherry on the pie

Good location but cleanliness could be better

Very good location for old town, Hales market, bust and train station. Supermarket nearby. Very clear instructions for entry to the property. Washing facilities and laundry pod provided. Nice view over the city

Could do with a proper clean! Mould in the bathroom, particularly the shower. Unidentified stains on the bedroom door and wall near the light switch Large shower head didn’t work properly Got a message saying we had to take our rubbish out as the apartments are not serviced in between stays which is a main reason why we would probably not stay again as it doesn’t exactly give confidence that the place is clean! I would say that if the place was cleaned properly and the apartment serviced in between stays then it would be great

All in all, an overpriced stay for somewhat poor amenities.

— A very nice location for me: near the bus station and train station; the old town, downtown, Užupis, and other nice neighborhoods are within walking distance. — Very easy and hassle-free self-check-in and check-out. — Basically, everything you need for a short-term stay, even a drying rack, an iron, and a small ironing board.

— The room faces a very busy street. Once you open your windows, it's very noisy 24/7. — During my stay, there were some major redecorations on the 3rd floor—a lot of noise, debris, and dust every day. — The bathroom just begs for a renovation: The floor molding is simply disgusting, and the big showerhead doesn't work properly. — The water pressure is very weak (it's like a very common thing for every other hotel or apartment—trying to save on water or something). Good enough for a light rinse, but not for a proper shower.

The information was very clear through their portal including photos and recommendations. The apartments floor seems like it has been recently refurbished, all very clean and new. Price is great. Location is great.

The toilet is a bit uncomfortable, quite tight to move, I could have enjoyed more having a TV where I could watch a movie. We have a small issue with the lift getting stuck but was solved quickly. The lift is kind of old Soviet style which I actually liked but it would have been nicer if the light was better inside and it was full of dust during our stay.

Misleading photos

It was a very disappointing experience for me with this booking. Rooms are not as pictured, there are no views of the city as in photos. Studio was small and not as pictured. However it was modern and new, bed comfortable. Location is good and easy reach to old town, restaurants, markets and coffeeshops nearby.

External chat system with the accommodation provider was extremely annoying, this should not be allowed. All communication was lost once the booking was cancelled. They requested to pay additionally the city tax (even if on booking it was ‘all taxes included’ price). Studio was not as advertised, different layout, smaller and had no views. Misleading photos - the city view photos are added to lure you in, most studios are not as photographed and are facing a noisy street. I felt like I was scammed and my time in Vilnius was ruined. Do not recommend and would never book here again.

It was a nice stay

We enjoyed our stay in the Hook Studios. It is very close to the bus and train station, and the old town is very accessible by foot. The staff is very nice and helpful. They answered very quickly. The self check-in was very simple. The facilities are quite comfortable, with the exception of the shower, because everything was wet after taking it. Also, we were a bit disappointed with the cleanness of the floor and the kitchen utilities. Overall, it was very nice.

Atrašanās vieta bija ok, dzīvokļa iekārtojums bija ok. Vizuāli un tehniski nebija nekas kur piekasīties. Komunikācija ar izīrētāju profesionāla, viss skaidri un vienkārši saprotams.

Dzīvoklī bija ĻOTI auksti. Lai arī mēs speciāli paņēmām divas istabas (jo ceļojām ne kā pāris), beigu beigās nācās gulēt kopā uz dīvāna, jo otrā istaba bija praktiski neizmantojama. Tur bija ļoti, ļoti auksti un nemitīgi vilka iekšā vējš. Mēs visu uzturēšanās laiku centāmies kondicionieri turēt uz maksimālo siltuma režīmu, lai arī otra istaba neatdziest, bet tiešām... tā otra istaba bija ledus kambaris.

Logement petit mais très confortable et pratique ; il ne manque rien. Il ne faut s'arrêter à l'état de l'immeuble dans lequel il situe (assez délabré), dès qu'on arrive au 5ème étage, au niveau des studios, c'est très propre, moderne et très sûr.

Établissement pratique et bien placé

L’emplacement dans la ville permet d’être proche de tout. L’intérieur de l’établissement (un étage entier) est tout neuf et les studios bien équipés. Si possible, choisir ceux donnant sur cour, plus calmes. Une fois l’absence de toute présence humaine d’accueil intégrée, l'équipe est très réactive aux questions.

Il ne faut pas se laisser impressionner par le hall d'entrée et l’ascenseur, qui rebutent.

O apartamento é excelente, tem tudo que precisamos para uma estadia confortável e tranquila. O prédio é da época da união soviética, o elevador é assustador 😂 mas o andar do apartamento foi renovado e é tudo muito novo. O apartamento é super novo e aconchegante. Ficaria mais vezes se possível, super recomendo, localização muito boa tbm, tem um mini supermercado em baixo no prédio e outro big supermercado há 200 metros de distância! Os produtos de higiene eram muito bons e cheirosos. Achei tudo muito bom.

As toalhas achei um pouco velhas. Mas isso foi apenas um simples detalhe. Nada que tornasse a experiência ruim!

Ok ja siisti majoitus kohtuuhinnalla ja melko lähellä vanhan kaupungin palveluja (noin 20 minuutin kävelyn päässä). Huone oli melko pieni, mutta kaikki oleellinen löytyi.

Huoneessa oli melko kylmä ja yrityksistä huolimatta emme onnistuneet saamaan lämmityslaitetta toimimaan. Myös huoneen tunnelma oli hieman ahdas, sillä kylpyhuoneen ovi osui sen avatessa keittiön tasoon.
