The apartment is nice except parking, if you’re coming by car better choose another place

Clean, cosy apartment, had everything we needed, hairdryer, equipped kitchen, washing machine . Good location

The day of our arrival I got the directions and it literally says “if the parking lot is taken park elsewhere”. Parking was important for us as we didn’t want to circle around the city in the dark looking for the place. Also our car was blocked when we were leaving so we had to call and wait, luckily it wasn’t long, but think about it if you leave early

Bathroom had black mold. Bed was not comfortable.

Very disappointing and a really bad experience.

Location

No running water when we arrived. The apartment smelled of sewage/drains and damp. Stains on the bedroom wall. We could not stay there but the landlord would not give us a refund despite the apartment not being anywhere near as presented.

The apartment is in a great location — close to main attractions but quiet enough to relax. Check-in was easy with clear

The location was excellent — just a short walk from all the main attractions, yet far enough to offer a quiet and relaxing space. Access to the property was very easy, with clear and detailed instructions (including pictures), which made check-in smooth. One suggestion would be to provide an English translation of the access instructions for non-local guests and leave in the apparent paper and pen for the number requirement (for parking) The apartment was a comfortable fit for four people. While it's advertised as suitable for six, this includes the sofa, which may not be ideal for sleeping — it didn’t seem particularly comfortable for overnight use. A lovely welcoming touch was the presence of tea bags upon arrival — much appreciated!

There was a noticeable damp or moldy smell in the apartment, and the towels had an unpleasant odor — it seemed like they hadn’t been dried properly. We also found additional towels left inside the washing machine, which made us wonder if those were intended for the next guests. The apartment overall felt a bit unfinished. There was tape holding up the curtain rod, exposed wires coming out of the chandelier, and one of the rooms appeared partially painted, giving the impression that it was still under construction.

Convinient location near old city.

The apartment is in a very good location, in walking distance from bus/train station and easy to reach old city.

There is odd smell coming from bathroom, from which we couldn't get rid off. When you book through booking there isn't any information that for late checkout you need to pay 10 EU for each hour.

Very comfortable apartment close to the centre.

The apartment is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped, and both bedrooms are very pleasant. In a 15 minutes you're in the very centre of Vilnius. Perfect for us!

There is a washing machine, but nothing to hang your clothes to dry. A small rack would be helpful.

Communication was difficult

The apartment is nice, spacious, the rooms are clean. The facilities are good as well, smart TV, kitchen. Interesting layout, attic room. The location was perfect and they have a free parking space.

It'd be much easier to provide clear instructions on everything in English. It was hard to put it all into translator and get correct details. The apartment was hard to find via Google maps, we were circling around to find the entry gate, which is actually in the tunnel. The parking spot is explained poorly, and you're expected to leave your phone number on your car window!!! So the neighbours can call you if they need to get out, so you can move your car for them!! The last thing you want to do on holidays is to get up super early to move a car! Better off parking elsewhere. The bathroom had a bit of an odd smell as well.

Clean, comfortable and well located

Stairwell not ideal but - might have been in the middle of decoration. New curtains needed in the lounge, especially if sofa bed is being used. Both were only small issues though.

Good place for family stay in Vilnius.

Nice 2 floor appartment walking distance from city center. Seperate 2 rooms with large beds and a sofa. Has kitchen and all needed appliances. Parking could get tight but we never had issues getting in or out with car when needed.

The building itself is under a renovation but we did not had any noise issues.

Не было заправлена кровать

Бронировали на 4 человек, в апартаментах было указано две двухместные кровати и раскладной диван. Дети разнополые подростки. Приехав вечером обнаружили что была заправлена только одна кровать. Вторая нет. Было один дополнительный пастельный комплект, но вопрос что с сервисом? Так как владелец попросил оставить дополнительный налог туристический с каждого по 2€ то есть 8€. Нам пришлось искать где снять деньги чтобы оставить их как просил владелец. НО почему кровать не заправлена, если знали количество человек, что за сервис такой где мы ещё сами должны заправлять кровать и зачем заявлять что ещё есть диван кровать, если нет пастельного белья для него? Хотелось оставить хороший отзыв, тк в целом неплохо. Но эти два фактора оставили неприятный опыт

הכניסה מפחידה ולא נוחה. היו שיפוצים בקומה. היה צריך לעלות מלא מדרגות כדי להגיע לחדר ולכן היה קשה עם המזוודות. היתה מכונה כביסה מקולקלת עם מים בפנים שהציפה את חדר המקלחת. לא היה אפילו מג"ב וסמרטוט רצפה בדירה. שכתבתי לבעלת הבית השיבה שלא עובדים בשעות כאלה והציעה לי לשים מגבות ושל חרת יחליפו. לא דובים ולא יער. אין עם מי לדבר. לא היה קפה או תה נורמליים. הכל איריות. בקיצור לא מומלץ

Расположение единственный плюс. Интерьер выглядит уютным только на фото. Нет там ни цветов как на фото ни света ни подушек.

Нас было 4ре человека. 2 взрослых и 2 разнополых ребёнка 6 и 12 лет. По приезду нашли 2 застеленные полуторные кровати, хотя выбирал именно из наличия дополнительного дивана в гостиной На вопрос как нам спать ответ в духе дополнительное белье надо заказывать отдельно заранее за дополнительные деньги. Ну такого я за 20 лет не встречал. Кровати узкие спать двоим взрослым на них невозможно. Мансардная квартира, вход на третий этаж из переулка по стремной лестнице. Летом очень жарко , один маленький вентилятор на всех. Закрываешь окно жарко - открываешь шумно. Никогда ещё так плохо не спал. Нет духовки. Из посуды бокал только в одном экземпляре. Остаётся только в одиночку нажраться в этой халупе за 100 евро ночь.

Пугающее снаружи - удобное внутри!

Если вы путешествуете транзитом на автобусе - это идеальный вариант. Номер 2-х этажный. Отдельная спальня на первом этаже. Кровать на втором этаже для детей или берегите голову, т.к. это под крышей.

Если вас пугают старые дома - это вариант не для вас. Дом в процессе реставрации, но очень неспешной...

Recht zentrale Lage. Sehr sauber. Gut ausgestattet. Auf Nachfrage wurde Heizung angestellt. Preisgünstig.

Es wirkte eher wie 45qm. Der 2. Schlafplatz ist über Treppe vom Wohnzimmer erreichbar und offen zu diesem. Betten für 2 recht schmal. Etwas laut. Der angepriesene Parkplatz war belegt und unklar, was man da machen soll. Treppenhaus etwas abenteuerlich.
