A perfect spot to ring in the New Yeat in Vilnius

It was our family's first visit to Lithuania and we were thrilled by the modern luxury of this 2-bedroom apartment . Centrally located in Old Town, we were walking distance from Town Hall and Cathedral Square and we walked through Old Town on several days. Restaurants and coffee shops were literally tight downstairs .

Really all was well. Communication was great with the staff and instructions were clear

Perfect Location

The apartment is located near the Vilnius Town Hall and within walking distance to all tourist attractions such as the Gates of Dawn, Vilnius Cathedral and Gediminas Castle and tower. The apartment is spacious and has good heating during winter. The kitchenette was well equipped with modern appliances. There is a Rimi Mini Supermarket 2minutes walking on Didzioji street. We had an enjoyable stay in Vilnius.

Great apartment, great location

The location in old town was fantastic, walking distance to the Town Hall and the Cathedral and Christmas Market. At the Town Hall square they have a portal and you can see people from England, Poland and Ireland and you can wave to them real time....it was very cool. The apartment was clean and spacious and had a washing machine in the bathroom and an airer to hang the clothes on to dry which was really handy. There was a Lidl a short 7 min walk from the apartment and meant that I could cook dinner rather than have to eat out every night.

This is not a deal breaker, but we were not able to adjust the heating and it was quite warm in the apartment so I had to open the balcony door a little bit on occasions to cool it down a bit, also had to open the bedroom window as it got quite hot in there as it was a small room.

The sink in the one bedded apartment needs a plug as there is no dish washer. It would have been nice if both apartments provided salt, pepper and maybe oil

Free parking spot is not guaranteed and certainly very tight when travelling with a larger car. Public parking next to the apartment is quite expensive beter park your car in a zone outside of the center

Air conditioning unit was bubbling even if it was off. Could sleep properly during night. In bathroom the bath pump started running during night and there was super loud noise. The rubbish bins located outside property and you have to walk about 10mins.

A wonderful weekend in Vilnius in this well positioned, comfortable, tasteful apartment

The apartment was gorgeous - we all loved it. Really nicely decorated and with everything we needed on our trip. The beds were super comfy - we all slept really well. Lovely hot shower. The best thing about this lovely apartment is the location. It is in a beautiful area with vibrant cafe, restaurant and bar life, yet it was so calm and peaceful whilst also feeling full of life. Everything you need is on the doorstep. The old town of Vilnius is so beautiful, and cycling around on the bikes available in the town is so easy and a wonderful experience. So many fantastic restaurants, and there was a beautiful makers market on all weekend in the main square which was fantastic. There were a few music events on whilst we there which was fun - a stage was erected in the street outside the apartment - the music stopped around 10.30pm and was a lot of fun. There is also a fantastic little Jazz bar just around the corner (Jazz Cellar 11) literally 1 minute from the apartment where we saw a brilliant jazz concert and enjoyed cocktails. We all absolutely loved Vilnius and would definitely return to these apartments. Highly recommended.

We had specifically booked and paid for a Luxury One-Bedroom Apartment at Didžioji St. 39, even upgrading from a Superior to a Luxury unit, as we were particularly fond of that apartment. However, upon arrival, we were given a completely different apartment — Apartment 35 at Subačiaus St. 19 — without any prior notice or explanation, and without any form of compensation. While the apartment we received was generally of decent quality, it was by no means what we would consider “Luxury,” and it did not match the photos or descriptions presented on booking.com.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Vilnius

The apartment looks modern and renovated except for the bathroom and the toilet. The 3 bedrooms look luxurious and the beddings and towels are new, clean and fresh. The furnitures in the apartment are new as well.

The bathroom has a leak. No matter how careful we showered, the water just goes to the bathroom floor outside the bathtub. Which means additional work for us to mop the floor when we shower. The toilet facility near the bedrooms make annoying loud sound when toilet is flushed. It’s the sound of a motor or something. Other than that, the apartment is indeed beautiful.

Definitely would recommend

After our previous booking failed at the last minute we were able to book and arrive at the apartment within one hour. The host, Giedrius, was very helpful and friendly in helping us check in on short notice without any issues. The location is great for exploring Vilnius old town on foot. There are a lot of restaurants downstairs on the street where the apartment was located. There is also a small supermarket downstairs. The apartment was very clean and had large bedrooms. The kitchen was functional for a short stay with all the essential amenities including tea and coffee provided. There were basic toiletries in the bathroom. A washing machine is also available. There was plenty of clean linen and towels.

The kitchen is rather minimal (eg. No microwave) and you probably wouldn't want to use it to cook many meals at home apart from the basics.

Very poor

The renter is a total liar. He promised us a parking place in the backyard of the building but when we arrived he said that some of his workers ( absurd because he is the only worker in this so to say company) promised the parking by mistake. Afterwards he started accusing us of not following the instructions ( why do have to pay attention to anything of we had already agreed with the renter about the parking???) Besides the information that the parking is included is also mentioned in the description of the apartment. Anyway we contacted booking support and they managed to arrange the parking we were promised. But on the last day of our staying the renter informed that we have to move our car because some of neighbours complained ( the neighbours opinnoin was that the parking didn’t belong to the renter apartment ). Do we have to care about his problems with the tenants??? Anyway he didn’t open the yard gate for us on that day and we had to ask some neighbour who turned out to be nice and offered us a parking place. The apartment is situated in a really good place that’s true but otherwise is a disaster. Shabby and dirty. We had a strong feeling it hadn’t been cleaned at all after the previous clients. Dirty sheets were not changed and had to do it by ourselves. Again the renter promised to send smb to clean the apartment but nobody arrived. We cleaned it by ourselves ( nice thing to do in vacation, isn’t it? ) To crown it all this man accused us of breaking the apartment/ house rules. Nonesence! We are an average family of three with a small dog and can’t imagine what exactly rules we could break…. So please don’t waste your money on that apartment, it’s not worth it. It’i a pity booking makes business with dishonest and greedy partners.
