Location and decoration. Good value of money. However, suggest to search for Pulpo or 14 Horses restaurants which right in front of the apartment entrance and google will direct you to the correct street.

Friendly host. When we arrived, it was difficult to find entrance and where is keys placed, but host came out to meet us in yard, and showed everything, help to park car into yard (VERY narrow gates). Surprisingly quiet place, even in old town, where restaurans works late in night. Very good place, all old town, town hall, you can reach by foot. Soft, comfortable bed. Warm rooms, there is additional electric heater (didn't need to use). Coffee maschine with capsules, fridge, microwave, and everything else, what is in normal kitchen.
Few spots, where need repaint, few little spots in shower with mold.
Strange shower cabin, where is no doors or curtains, so water splashes out of shower
Shower glass-floor is not hermetically sealed, so water goes out
In bedroom little table near bed is from metal, so putting something on it, rings like a bell.
Entering to the inner yard through very narrow gates, bigger car could be problem (but there is old town, so nothing to do there)
TV needs antena, because it's connected to Wifi, but needs plan for TV.
