Perfect location, not comfortable sleeping arrangements and not clean.

Cleanliness and comfort. The apartment is not equipped for the amount of people that they advertise. There’s only one bedroom that has a door, the rest of the rooms are open to kitchen, dining,… The most disappointing was cleanliness, carpet and floors were not clean, piles of dust in the corners. Lots of spiderwebs near ceiling and lights.

Disappointing va the description. Wouldn't stay again.

Cute, clean and very well located. Spacious and comfortable enough (except the bed - see what I didn't like) if you only need a room.

The description is misleading. This is a room, not an apartment. The kitchenette actually consists of some kitchenware in a wardrobe. There is no sink, you have to clean your plates in the bathroom. And the bed wasn't a proper one; it was a couch with sheets on it to make it look like a bed. So the "mattress" was rather hard for the back.

Confusion entry gates

Beautiful place to stay

We received instructions to go to a brown gate at number 24. The taxi dropped us off at a brown gate and so we thought we had arrived at the right brown gate. There was no number at the brown gate. We tried keying the entry code so many times but we couldn't enter. We called the hotel to inform them that we couldn't get through the gate and the staff just raised his voice at us saying "Hey lady! I told you in the instructions gate 24! You must be at gate 22!" We didn't know we were at gate 22 because there was no number at the gate and the gate was coloured brown just as in the instructions. We then had to walk further to the left to another brown gate with a small number 24. I hope the hotel will put a number on each brown gates or simply paint the gates different colours to avoid confusion.

Beautiful apartment, poor management

+Beautiful apartment +Great location +Apartment had good amenities such as diswasher and washing machine.

Be aware of hidden fees. Parking cost 15€ and dog cost 15€, and both prices we informed to us less than 24hrs before our arrival and then it was already too late for us to cancel and look someplace cheaper. When we approaced the host about these suprise costs, they ignored our messages and afterwards it turned into a fight where we treated poorly and called by different names. Very unfortunate business management.

I stayed in a single room at Apartments Satva for one night and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, yet very peaceful and quiet. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. The courtyard is absolutely lovely, offering a calm and charming space to relax. The interior is stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Everything I needed was provided — and more! Extra towels, pillows, blankets, and other thoughtful touches made the stay especially comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and well-equipped place in a great location.

Nice inside, but way way too loud

Lots of space

It's so ridiculously LOUD due to the street outside the entire length of apartment. Every loud engine revving douche was racing back and forth in the street and it's impossible to block sound or light from keeping you awake all night. You can hear every conversation, moped, motorcycle, car.

Nice, quiet, cozy and family-friendly apartments.

Location was perfect. We rented 3 apartments, and when we checked-in, the owner arranged apartments next to each other. Kids loved the yard. It was safe and you can walk everywhere in the old town.

Please note that most apartments have stairs if you need any equipment to move.

Great location right in the heart of the old town. The apartments were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Excellent value for money – would definitely stay again.

There was a washing machine, and it would be great if some laundry detergent was provided. But not a big deal at all.

It wasn't the most stylish or luxurious apartment, quite basic in terms of furnishings and decoration. But this was quite ok given the very reasonable price.

My room in particular was very compact and built into the eaves. Shower unit was a little cramped. Room layout was not ideal but could be easily remedied The sofa/bed was positioned in a way that I could not sit comfortably, and it was not near the dormer window which was the only place I could have sat, and also comfortably (un)packed my case due to sufficient headroom. I noticed many marks on the sloping ceiling probably from suitcases. All of these issues could be remedied by a repositioning of the sofa, ideally with the wooden cupboard or with the table and chair. The latter would allow one to sit at the table and look out at the garden rather than at a wall.
