This is already my second time staying in this property, and every time I truly enjoy it. The apartment is very nice, clean, and perfectly located in the heart of Vilnius Old Town. It has all the necessary amenities, with a very nice and stylish interior. It’s very easy to check in and check out, and the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and a chance to enjoy Vilnius!

Wonderful place to stay !!!

A new two-room apartment in the heart of the Old City. A perfect apartment equipped with everything needed for a long stay. A fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, induction cooktop, and dishwasher. Bedroom with TV, wardrobes and storage drawers, air conditioning. Living room with a sofa, TV, additional air conditioner, storage cabinets, and a floor vacuum cleaner. Spacious bathroom with a washing machine and towel drying rack. Entry to the apartment is via a card that also opens the entrance gates (the apartment is located in an inner courtyard). Highly recommended for those who enjoy peace and quiet in a central Old City location.

A nice size, tastefully equipped appartment in a newly renovated building in a central location. Every single detail thought through.

It got quite disturbing to have noisy music from the pubs on the street even after the late hours. Can live with 10pm, but 2 am was a bit too much.

Atmosphere of the historical old town and building itself outside and fully Hi-Tech apartment inside. (Neoclassical style btw). Everything looks very comfortable and satisfying, like at home and even better (even vacuum cleaner in the wall and good recuperating system, Netflix). PS. Add small microwave + warm floors for your next projects within this Christopher residence, that will make your clients fully speechless). Team is very supportive via messengers and invisible in accordance with all sanitary measures.

Some of apartments doesn't have elevator. Read description carefully. El Mercado (cafe inside the yard) was a little bit noisy neighbor :) if you open the windows and have too small kids with you. (So just avoid opening of windows on the weekend evenings.

perfect place to stayt

Perfect location to reach all famous paces by foot. Small problem with parking, there is expensive parking everywhere around.

The weather was snowy, so you come with wet shoes and there was no cleaning brush for the floor so you can clean your self. Just an advice.

Modern elevator apartment in the heart of Old Town

Perfect location in the heart of Old Town, yet a fully modern apartment. Rare to have an elevator in the Old Town, even though most apartments are on higher floors above commercial establishments. Two wonderful restaurants in the building that share the courtyard; hosts provide discounts to both.

It would have been nice if there were a parking spot for our friends when they came to meet us for dinner. While the elevator always worked going up, several times we had to walk down four flights when it wouldn't come in the morning. Note that the top floor units have skylights, but not much of a view of the city.

Poor

I’ve recently stayed in the apartment number 12 for 7 nights. The apartment is beautifully furnished and is situated in a very central location. However, my stay was ruined by the lack of service and complete miscommunication with the agency that rents out these apartments. I requested to extend my booking by one night. It was confirmed on Tuesday that it will not be an issue as they do have availability. Over a message and a telephonic conversation the agent confirmed my stay till Sunday. On Saturday morning I received a message stating that the room is no longer available and I have to leave that morning. This was a huge inconvenience for me as I had no other place booked and had only one day left in Vilnius. Instead of enjoying my last day I had to try find accommodation for one night. No one even tried to explain what was the issue, the agent was very rude and showed no interest in rectifying the situation. Would not not recommend staying here as the agency is clearly not interested in their clients.

Nice appartement, modern, proper, cosy, fantastic location, easy self access with a card to appartement after check in.

The bed is small for 2 persons and uncomfortable. Check in percedure is not convenient. You have to call them before you arrive to tell them the time you are coming. And they come to meet you and give access cards after some time. It was beter to make it like self access service with code lockers or something like that.

The property is confortable and nice, the location is very good.

We didn't like the staff, everything else is fine. Everything started from arival - they forgot arrival time both sides confirmed, so we had to wait for an hour to let us in. No wifi psw, no information how to use conditionier system or it was broken at all, as the conditionier displey lights were flashing all night, so you can feel like in disco. No child seat or bed if needed. Furthermore, last day the cleaner came at 10 am and asked what a hell we're doing here, as she was informed that we have to leave apartaments at 8 am. Seriously? Total miscommunication with staff.

Apartament is in the heart of Oldtown, so you are walking distance to everything:) All amenities totally brand new and really stylish! Every small detail was so well concerned. We were one the first guests in this amazing place. 11 from 10! Definitely coming back again.
