Muy cómodo. Muy moderno una decoración muy buena. Un primer piso con ascensor y garaje privado lo cual es muy interesante. Hay un supermercado muy cerca
La cafetera no funcionaba por falta de limpieza y mantenimiento. Localizar el portal y la entrada al garaje (están en lados opuestos de la urbanización) puede ser un poco lioso. Tampoco funcionaba la luz del baño. El sofá cama un poco duro. Tiene unos estores para ocultarte de la gente que pasa por la calle

Bahnhof war fußläufig erreichbar, Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeit auf anderer Straßenseite, ruhige Lage zum Innenhof, guter Tiefgaragenplatz, geräumige Wohnung mit viel Stauraum.
Im äußersten Küchenschrank befanden sich noch Bettwäsche und feuchte Handtücher der Vormieter, unsaubere Spülmaschine und Küchenschränke, fehlende Schere und scharfes Messer.

Apartament w miarę blisko centrum, plusem jest parking podziemny w cenie, a także market naprzeciwko. W salonie jest sporo miejsca, do dyspozycji duże łóżko i dwie sofy - zgodnie z opisem.
Na zdjęciach apartament wygląda znacznie lepiej niż w rzeczywistości. Podstawowym problemem jest brzydki zapach i brak czystości. Dawno tam porządnie nie wysprzątano. W łazience pod prysznicem pojawił się grzyb. Rozumiem, że wynajmowany lokal ma przynosić zyski, ale przydałoby się od czasu do czasu trochę zainwestować.
