Location is perfect and nice parking was included. Sadly these are the only positive points

Property wasn’t clean: various hair in bedsheets, floors, bathroom, host suggested to send a cleaner but had nowhere to go while it’s freezing outside…property is outdated, some blinds do not shut, rugs are dirty, one bed broken completely, informed the host and got reply that she thanks for the info…no further comments 🤐 photos will be attached

Best apartment in Vilnius to make your stay perfect

The owner is very thoughtful and responsive. The apartment has everything you need and they provided all the possible amenities. I think trash bins in every room and kitchen napkins would make it more perfect. This is perfect for a 6 person stay. Sofa beds in the common space have large glasses, although it has shades and blinds but it's on top and gets too bright! Difficult to sleep but would make you feel wonderful.

Despite reaching out to the owner multiple times, most of my concerns and questions remained unanswered. Even booking.co

On the positive side, the apartment was clean, the location excellent, and the view truly enjoyable. However, the overall experience was overshadowed by poor communication and a partially worn-out interior.

our stay was marked by several issues — from incorrect door codes and parking problems to wrong Wi-Fi codes and broken chairs and a dishwasher thats falling apart — all of which caused unnecessary stress and effort on my part.

Was comfortable, host were good, would probably come back.

The host was very nice, they prepared extra bedding in advance for us and extra chairs because we had a bigger group of people.

When you sit on the sofa on the edge it moves up, which is a bit annoying but not a problem just gave a bit of a jump scare every time. When we arrived there was a problem with the bathroom but it was resolved in 1-2h of our stay.

Beautiful appartment with an amazing view. Lift available. Good location with private parking. Host also was flexible with rebooking.

Appartment looked amazing but was full of flaws. It's a shame we had to pay more for less... - Great there's a jacuzzi but the water was yellow... Looked very dirty so weren't able to use it. - Showerhead was réally rusted. Couldn't even change the mode. Also the rain shower head didn't work. - No curtains in the living room and first bed room. This was really annoying as light just blazes in and wakes people up early. - Not really for 5p. Had a tiny thin mattrass for the 5th person for the couch, that wasn't a sleeping couch. Good for 4p, not more. - Wifi code wasn't correct Overall we felt like we got 'upgraded' (and paid for it) to a worse appartment.

Extremely poor communication from the host. I explicitly requested an invoice for my business trip—both through Booking and via the accommodation’s chat—and received no response whatsoever. This level of disregard is unacceptable.

The view is nice and they had all the amenities you could need. The AC hardly works, but later we realised the heaters do so it was warm during our stay. The host was easy to contact when we had trouble checking in. The location of the apartment is great, it’s near the city so it’s easy to reach the center. And it has various shops and restaurants nearby.

There were minor things that could’ve been cleaned better, but overall it wasn’t bad. Also on one of the rooms that has the access to the balcony the window door opens and closes very poorly. After the cleaner opened it before she left, later we tried to close it and we struggled.

It was very clean and beautiful, the views of the city are great, we spent a lovely evening with our big family in a spacious comfortable lounge, we slept very well in our spacious beds and we would recommend staying here to anyone, what a gem!

An amazing apartment at the 11th floor of a skyscraper. Magical view from the glass walls, very comfortable and very well equipped. Totally safe and the parking space provided an additional extra!

The only thing that was kind of weird is the fact that the owner was unreachable after the first email she sent with the basic instructions.. Thank God we didn't encounter any trouble!

it was not so easy to Find parking. you have to go upstairs to get remote for parking and then have to find garage which is totally from other side. host should make for photos of check in so it would be clear . maybe this information was at the photos host sent me but I could not open them. there was dirty dishes and full ashtray and full dishwasher (with clean dishes)

This cozy apartment is spacious and comfortable with an amazing view of the city and a free car park. Great location: all the facilities are nearby: supermarkets, cinéma, coffee shops, swimming pool, etc. and all means of transport to take you anywhere in the city. It is close to the Old Town, the river Neris and other great places where you can enjoy your time in Vilnius.

Apartament duży, z dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią i łazienką, ale nie miałyśmy jak się do niego dostać.

Apartament bardzo widowiskowy, z pięknym widokiem na Wilno. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka. Imponująca wielkość. Blisko przystanek komunikacji i dobrze zaopatrzony sklep. Gdyby nie kłopoty z wejściem i brak kontaktu z właścicielem wrażenia z pobytu byłyby świetne.

Wraz z grupą znajomych przyjechałam do obiektu o ustalonej godzinie. Otrzymałam wskazówki dotyczące dostania się do apartamentu, jednak nie mogłam tego zrobić, gdyż nie działał jeden z przycisków na panelu. Musiałyśmy czekać na kogoś, kto wychodził z obiektu, żeby dostać się do środka. Same klucze od apartamentu odebrałyśmy bez problemu przy drzwiach. Chciałam skontaktować się z gospodarzem obiektu, jednak telefon nie odpowiadał (włączał się fax). Napisałam maila na podany adres. Do dziś nie dostałam odpowiedzi a przez cały pobyt musiałyśmy wchodzić przez podziemny parking (jezdnią dla samochodów, bo nie znalazłyśmy wyjścia dla pieszych), albo czekać pod klatką, aż ktoś wychodzący nas wpuści. Spowodowało to duży stres i częściowo zepsuło nam radość z pobytu. W dniu wyjazdu spotkała nas jeszcze jedna niespodzianka. O 11 kończyła nam się "doba hotelowa" (czas na opuszczenie apartamentu). O 10 zadzwonił dzwonek do drzwi. Okazało się, że przed drzwiami czeka grupa gości, którzy mieli po nas zająć apartament. Bardzo nas to zdziwiło. Sam apartament duży, dobrze wyposażony, choć widać już ślady zużycia (zepsute dwie rolety, brak drążka przy jednym wielkim oknie, ponaddzierane tapety, nie działające lampki).
