Need attention to some areas

Views are great and it’s warm flat.

Apartment is a bit tired , beds and bedding very poor also not enough towels , no bathmats . Door frame broken , shower leaking , bath water splashing everywhere, washing machine not working, coffee machine need updating, it was dirty with lots of hand prints on the windows, dirty washing (sheets from previous guests I suppose) left in ikea bag in the hallway.

An expensive apartment in need of renovation

The apartment is warm and in a convenient part of the city. There is a shop, sushi place, and pizzeria on the ground floor of the building. It was very difficult to find the entrance to the stairwell, and parking was even more complicated. It’s very inconvenient that the parking remote is in the apartment with the keys—when arriving or leaving, you have to go to the apartment to get it or return it. We also had a very hard time finding the parking space in the underground garage; there are no signs, and nothing indicates where the elevator is. THE APARTMENT. The apartment is warm, spacious, and comfortable, but it really needs a maintenance professional. Some lights don’t work, the bedroom door frame is broken, and the hallway cabinet doors are falling off. None of the radiators in the apartment work, or they’re scary to turn on because water leaks from them. While showering, you can get burned, because boiling hot water suddenly starts running without warning. In the living room, the dining chairs are dirty and stained. The sofa is worn out and sagging. The table wobbles. We found pieces of broken glass under the sofa—very unpleasant, as we were staying with a 4-year-old child. Bedroom. The bed creaks when you sit on it. The bedding is the cheapest from IKEA and probably synthetic. The apartment is definitely worn out and not worth €140 per night. It’s clean, but there is a lot that needs repairing.

There were not enough towels and bed sheets. The booking was for 6 people, but there were only 4 large towels and one bath towel, even though the apartment has two bathrooms, and only one bedsheet for six people. The dishwasher was full of dishes, and they weren’t properly cleaned. There were also some cleanliness issues: there was dust and a candy wrapper under the bed in the master bedroom, a hair in the bathroom cabinet, the oven was dirty inside, the glasses in the cupboard were poorly washed, and there was a bottle full of cigarette butts on the balcony, even though smoking is prohibited in the apartment. In the main living room, the sofa was broken, and in the hallway, the bottom shelf door of the wardrobe was damaged. On the day of check-out, the cleaning lady disturbed us by ringing the doorbell and bringing clean bed linen for the next guests. The parking was difficult to find — we spent about 20 minutes driving around trying to locate it. There are no instructions on how to access the parking or where it is located.

Great view over the city from window. Quite big apartment. Working air conditioner in every room was very positive surprise. Nice interior, well equipped kitchen. Parking space under the building. Food store, pizza restaurant on ground floor and cafe over the street - very convinient. 2 bathrooms.

Property description inaccurate

Good location with access to buses, shops, restaurants, and cinema. Spacious and good views over Vilnius. Bathtub and 2 toilets. Handy that parking is available. Owner was pleasant.

The description in booking.com does not reflect the property. It is perhaps outdated and Helios City as a complex has been left to run down. The description indicates 24hr reception, there is no reception. Description says access to executive lounge, there is no lounge. The description says there are games in the apartment but this is not the case. No lighting at front doors of complex makes it difficult to know where to enter and to see keycode pad. Entrance unclean and run down, problems with lifts, and security doors often left unlocked. The apartment is billed as 'luxurious ' and we decided to treat ourselves but this description is exaggerated. We stayed for 14 nights and it took a number of calls to the property owner to get basics like toilet paper and a spare sheet. Only 1 towel and one face washer was provided for 14 days. On day 9 a cleaner was sent to replace towels and sheet. No hand towels or bath mats even after requesting them. No teatowel, cleaning cloths or dishwasher tablets provided to maintain kitchen. Had to request bowls as only 2 in the apartment. 2 frying pans both unusable as damaged and they do not work on the induction stove. No mixing Bowls and limited utensils to prepare food.The TV was not working and was fixed on the 8th day of our stay. The owner was pleasant but does not appear to be aware of the issues within the apartment. The bed in the main room was far too hard for us with no topper or bed protector. We slept on a sofa bed for 13 nights in the office/study. It is frustrating that the property is misrepresented on booking.com. It is adequate for a short stay if you don't need to cook. As ever, I did not receive a response from booking.com and just before our stay their computer systems had been hacked. After using booking.com for many years I have opted for a hotel for my next 2 trips.

Excellent location,easy to get everywhere in Vilnius for few euros with taxi. Shop ,pizza place downstairs. Nice view . Comfortable for 6 people stay.

Apartment needs better cleaning. All dishes and kitchen stuff we had to wash again. No dishwasher tablets. Freezer was dirty inside. We had only 2 sheets in apartment even it was booked for 6 people. Anyway,i would recommend it for short stay becouse its lovely apartment.

Loud music from 6am from the neighbours. Property not ready, not been cleaned, louds of dust, no soap, no towels had to ring host and ask for it. TV not working, wine bottle opener broken had to go and by one from the shop.

I can recommend it for staying

Everything is fine. Quiet neighbours, cool view, warm in winter. The owner is nice and available online for help. Wi-Fi is fast and YouTube is available with smart TV. There's enough kitchen devices to cook. The floor is clean, warm and comfortable for small children to play all time. Supermarket is downstairs. Asian-style dumplings by Vici (recommended) and rum are available even if you are double vaccinated instead of triple course (actual for Jan 21). Pretty nice shawarma take-away almost in front of the building. Pizzeria downstairs is too "American domino's fast food" style. Public transport stop is in front of the building (use TRAFI app to pay by debit/credit card). Getting to/from airport is around 5-6 euros by Bolt (XXL for 5-6 persons = 7.5 euros) ans is almost equal to public transport for a family.

Furniture in dining room (table and chairs) looks and feels as really used. Washing machine is a little bit louder than it could be.
