confusing instructions. English version of the rules differed from Lithuanian and for some reasons contained sentences in Caps lock that we found borderline aggressive:-) Apartments downstairs are without windows, but we didn’t spend much time there, so it wasn’t a problem.

Perfect short stay on our trip

Not your usual box flat

Interestingly converted basement right in the center. Communication with the host very clear and timely.

Due to the nature of the property, it definitely wasn’t airy. There is ventilation in the bathroom, really wish it was more powerful. Several problems with the shower - door does not properly close, water does not properly drain, it leaks into outside of the cabin too.

Great apartment. Really recommend it.

There was parking with an extra payment - parking in vilnius is very difficult so this was a real help. The apartment was very well appointed, clean and well designed with dramatic stone exposed. It does not have windows but you dont miss them.

We didnt understand that the address covered a huge building and it was slightly confusing getting in but we phoned the number and they helped.

A very nice place to stay for a short trip.

It was really quiet and sunlight did not disrupt the sleep, we all slept really well. Restaurants are a couple block away.

It was not the penthouse, but you cant really have it all, can you.

The apartment is located in the basement, and there is noticeable moisture in the air. It’s not a problem for a short stay, but it would be an issue for me during a longer one.

Lovely exposed stone and brick apartment within walking distance of old town

The apartment is very charming. There is lots of exposed brick and stone and it looks like a wonderful, medieval, renovated place. The location is great and is within walking distance of the old town, but note the street in front is under construction so you can't be dropped off at the door. If you're walking from the old town just note there will be some gravel and construction through which you have to walk. Wasn't a big deal for me. The kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, and two burner electric cooktop. The bathroom has a heated towel rack. There is plenty of room for 2 (I was traveling solo but two would be perfect). I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

First, although the instructions to pick up the keys are detailed, the language barrier made them somewhat unclear. To make the instructions more clear it would be helpful to say "there is an upstairs apartment number xx that is NOT your apartment, Your apartment is downstairs with number x and it is to the left of the large number 30 you can see from the top of the stairs." Also, it should be made clear that to lock and unlock the door you first have to lift AND THEN RELEASE the door handle (not just lift). These small refinements would make getting the keys on arrival easier. There is only one outlet next to the bed so you have to choose between a lamp and your phone. Having two, or having a splitter, would solve this minor issue. The shower leaks where the shower wall meets the exposed brick. I absolutely love the exposed brick but the leaking has got to be a problem for the owner. This didn't create a problem for me but it did produce some water on the kitchen counter. Finally, there are few extras - no laundry detergent, no paper towels, only 1 roll (large roll, but only 1) of toilet paper. Some apartments have these things and some don't, but not having them means you have to find them at a store.
