Access to the property was difficult. I could not get the door code to work - fortunately someone went into the door and we were able to follow her. There were then a set of instructions which became easy to understand the second time, but at first were very difficult to follow.
Also a map of the environs would have been good to have and perhaps a guide pamphlet or two. Also some suggestions for where to eat locally.

The apartment is 5 min walking to Cathedral Square and the old town main street. It has everything needed and was very clean. The communication with Simona, the host, was very accurate and fast, and the check-in/out was easy.
The apartment is quite dark, but it was advertised that was at -1 floor

Characterful.
No windows, just front door. Was a little oppressive overnight, dehumidifier made a lot of noise.

This apartment is honestly one of the best I have ever stayed in. I loved the fact that it is a bit unusual (there are exposed stone walls and a very nice medieval looking courtyard, but with all modern comfort), the location (few min walking from the Cathedral square and with lots of eating out options nearby), and the fact that it was very quiet. We slept really well. There is a lovely cafe/ breakfast place almost opposite the exit from the courtyard, I totally recommend it.
This is due to the availability of spaces, but having the kitchen together with the bedroom and not the living room is a bit more complicated to manage. But not terribly so. There is no dishwasher, but this is also manageable.
