‼️ WARNING TO FUTURE GUESTS – AVOID HOSTUS.LT AT ALL COSTS ‼️

! FRAUD ! APPARTEMENT DID NOT MATCH THE PHOTOS on Booking.com listing.

Our stay was an absolute disappointment from the moment we arrived. The apartment did not match the photos shown on Booking — completely different place!! I immediately contacted the managing agency: UAB HOSTUS: [email protected] +370 603 36606 Smolensko g. 10B-156, 03201, Vilnius Instead of solving the issue, their agent was extremely rude, refused to admit the mismatch, and told me to “write to Booking if I don’t like it. Unprofessional, unresponsive,rude. The apartment itself was in terrible condition: • A strong, unpleasant smell of Indian incense that stayed for the entire stay. • Clogged shower, leaking all over the floor. • Broken towel heater. • Front door lock stuck, wasting time every time we tried to get in or out. I contacted the agency again asking for housekeeping & maintenance — they promised to arrange it but never showed up. This was the worst experience I’ve had and I’m the Genius member on Booking. For your peace of mind, do not book any property managed by UAB HOSTUS whether for leisure or business, it’s simply not worth the risk. The case is duly reported to Booking.com for fraudulent advertising.

The city is wonderful, but we won't stay here again. You shouldn't either.

It was dirty. Hair in the cutlery drawer, thick dust in all the drawers and the linen rack. Dirty cutlery and plates. Broken chair. Dirty windows, mold in the window. Dirty carpet and doormat, the hallway was a tragedy. It could do with a thorough cleaning.

The value for money was good, it was silent, good located.

The shower has mold and the curtain was inconvenient. It would also be nice to have some oil for frying, as it’s stupid to buy a whole bottle for a short period of time.

An amazing apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Vilnius. The flat is just 3-5 minutes walk from the bust and train stations, the grocery store and the farmacy. It is situated in a walking distance from the city center, amazing caffes, clubs and restourants. You can reach the airport by the direct bus. The apartment has everything you need to take a rest (the bed is extremely comfortable!), to cook, to work and to have fun. On a rainy evening you can stay inside and watch TV and Netflix. There is a lot of light in the flat and it's suitable for workation, as you have working and resting areas. The Internet connection was perfect. The check-in and check-out process is very easy and the contact person(s) were very helpful. Great choice!

It was a great stay and we really enjoyed. We definitely recommend this great property.

The flat is in great location. Old town is only 10min walk. Buses and trains stations also very close. Flat was very clean and had nice modern decor. It has everything you need for a short stay. You can cook food in small kitchen and even wash your clothes because it has washing machine.

The only thing that wasn’t good for us was too soft mattress. But we understand that other people might like it.

it was super hot, there were some heaters left for the cold season, so some cooler would have been nice for such hot days when it's over 30 degrees outside.

The appartment is in a good place near the bus and train stations, and the old town is reachable by food in 10-15 min. There are very comfortable and well organized bathroom and mini-kitchen, wide sofa and place for wear. It's clean inside and has everything 1 or 2 persons need to cozy and usable stay including mokka and nespresso-like coffe makers..
