Расположение хорошее и возможность позднего выезда.
Старый дом, прлуподвальное помещение очень сырое. Запах плесени в комнате. Апартаменты требуют небольшого ремонта и генеральной уборки. Приехали поздно и мест для парковки не было. Пришлось искать места на дороге и перепарковывать машину на следующий день. Душ надо подремонтировать. На кухне есть только одна кастрюля, большие тарелки и кружки. Небольшой холодильник и плита. Отопления толком нет, квартира сырая.
