Mini Home Bookshop Studios

Location off centre but walkable. Small supermarket and cafes within a few minutes.

I had asked about an early check in but got no reply. When I arrived the property wasn't ready and I had to sit in a neighbouring park for 1 1/2 hours until the cleaners had been. Also I sent a message about a problem but got no reply.

Great location close to parks and quiet streets but still an easy walk to the main avenue. Lovely spot. Quite large for a studio. Everything well appointed.

Very poor ventilation as it is a basement flat. Not too bad but during the humid heat wave it would have been much nicer to have more windows, circulation, fans, etc.

spacious, clean, has everything you need, convenient car parking.

curtains in the bedroom would be great

1. Difficulty in accessing the property. Initially finding the main door - as there was no sign indicating the location. Once in through main door, we struck difficulty accessing the lock box, as it was located high on the wall in dim light. One of us couldn't reach it and the other had difficulty seeing the numbers. Another initial problem, was the main door closed behind us, and we couldn't see how to reopen it. 2. The stove didn't work and we had to contact the owner for assistance. This was made even more difficult, as my phone would not work.
