I was so many times in so many hotels, apartments, but this place is the best. Clean, comfortable, tv with good things to watch, gel shower , towels for body and for face, two blankets ( always one and tiny) , you have even oil to cook. And of course is beautiful view through the window!!!! I will come again !!!!

Fresh, modern, and perfectly comfortable.

The location is excellent, close to everything I needed. The place looks brand new with a fresh renovation, and the room was very comfortable. It had all the essentials, and I really appreciated how every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of — from the furniture to the small touches that made it feel like home. Very cozy and welcoming, I would happily return here again.

Comfortable and practical, I will definitely use it again next time I stay overnight.

Everything was great, quiet neighborhood, old town, station, stage accessible by foot. There is a supermarket and a couple of cafes nearby, I especially recommend the restaurant Fortas, the food was excellent. The apartment is suitable for one person or a couple for a few nights, everything you need is available (dishes, coffee, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, etc.). Everything is clean and very practically arranged.

We did a bit of food shopping in a local supermarket prior to moving into the apartment. When getting into the apartment, we noticed that a few basic items were available for us , which was a pleasant surprise.

The apartment was clean and fitted with new, modern furniture & appliances. Although the TV was a little confusing at first ,until the host came in and showed us that the TV signal was supplied via a streaming device connected to the Internet Wifi, servicing the apartments. .

Perfect for layover stay

I liked the convenience of self check-in/check-out. I was on a layover stay so the closeness of grocery stores and bus stops was more important for me than the tourist attractions, in this case it was almost perfect; a bus(3G) from the airport got me within 500m range, maxima is 1 block away and the rimi is about 4 blocks away. The wifi was good and the kitchenette was fully equipped. There was also a garment steamer which came in handy 😅

Lack of paper towels in the kitchenette is the only thing that comes to mind, the apartment was perfect otherwise

Квартира-конфетка. Чистенькая, красивая, уютная, ухоженная, новый ремонт и мебель. Есть всё, чего душе угодно. И даже больше. Хозяин всегда на связи, быстро отвечает на сообщения. Пришлет разъяснение на нужном вам языке, как попасть в дом и квартиру. Бесконтактное заселение. (Спасибо за предоставленную возможность заселиться чуть раньше). Есть фен, стиралка, полотенцесушитель, мыло для рук, шампуни бальзамы, холодильник (работает тихо), посуда, специи, чай, кофе, мед, сахар, соль, подсолнечное масло. Диван удобный. Подушка и одеяло супер. Ночью тихо. Днём есть небольшая слышимость от соседей, совершенно не критично. Температура в квартире комфортная. Плохих запахов нет, в ванной едва уловимый приятный аромат. Подъезд чистый. С вокзала до дома пешком 17 минут нормальным шагом. 8 минут до супермаркета. До аэропорта на такси 12 минут, я заплатила 5,2 евро (обычно 6). Первый раз искала себе жильё в Вильнюсе. Я очень мнительная, долго выбирала, и очень рада, что остановилась на этом варианте.

Мне понравилось всё! Просто обращу внимание на некоторые моменты. 3-й этаж, без лифта (кому критично). Нет микроволновки, но есть плита и кухонная утварь. Я никогда раньше не пользовалась мини сейфами для ключей, во всяком случае, таким. Я уверена, если бы позвонила хозяину, он тут же объяснил бы, но быстро догадалась сама. Когда набран код в сейфе около самой двери в квартиру (чтобы взять ключ), нужно повернуть кругляшку в сейфе с замочной скважиной против часовой стрелки (поправьте меня, если ошибаюсь), и дверца сейфа откроется сверху вниз.
