Seems as new property. Located in a quiet area of Jaruzale, Vilnius, without noise during nights, offers good sleep if you look for such environment. Around half an hour by frequent public busses to the city center. A supermarket is 10 min walk when you need to refill the fridge.
Although most customers would not need any garden surrounding the house, I would rather opt for some property with larger backyard -in case you need to install some ham radio antenna or like.

Прекрасный дворик и хорошая спальня.
Вторая комната там где диван , спать невозможно : скрепит, складывается при людом движении. Хозяевам самим не мешало бы поспать на этом диване, прежде чем предлагать его как полноценное спальное место. Сырость и запах в санузле.
