Удобно, что близко к вокзалу и центру. Тихо. Недорого. Был телевизор с интернетом, хороший Wi-Fi, туалетные принадлежности, шампунь, чай, кофе, много посуды.
Когда заехали, то был забит слив в душе. Пришлось самому прочищать. Квартира не новая, некоторые вещи требуют мелкого ремонта, но за такую цену ваолне приемлемо. Хозяева не всегда быстро отвечали через приложение.

The apartment looks generally the same as in the photos. Location is good, close to the city center, the railway station and the airport.
The sound insulation is extremely poor — you can hear neighbors’ conversations and everyday noises very clearly.
A lot of things in the apartment are broken or poorly maintained: the shower door is missing and the overhead shower does not work, sofa is damaged (fabric is torn under one of the cushions), mattress is very squeaky and uncomfortable, and the TV remote does not work because of very old batteries.
Cleanliness could definitely be improved. The apartment was dusty when we arrived, the floor did not look properly cleaned, the shower curtain instead of the door and kitchen sponge did not seem very fresh.
